He was very pleasant and communicated well in relation to the various issues I outlined.After inspecting and testing the antenna it was found to be undersized and did not have the necessary signal capacity.We discussed options and the best solution was a premium array antenna and a replacement power supply in the roof cavity. He took the items from his van and efficiently installed and tested and then checked each TV unit via the remote control.I was very satisfied with all aspects of the service call.
