John Baker: We have had our Annex for 15 months. So easy to put up and great to have the extra space. Quality product and just love the flexibility of the interchanging panels. We often camp on the Beach and have had wind gusts of up to 80km/hr. No problem. We did have a problem recently with one of the zips on the plastic panel. After discussing the issue with Trevor, and with him being satisfied the zip was the problem and not my technique, he sent me a whole new panel. I returned the faulty one. Amazing service and such a professional company. I highly recommend this product.
Ray Clover: Well I had a complaint about the design fault of these annexes . As ours blew down and wrecked the rollout awing. And with suprise I received a call from the company and they addressed all my problems without question. Look I,m happy with the no fuss setup of these annexes but I had to make some pole guides that pegged into the ground to hold the interior poles but the top of the pole still flapped about like a fish out of water when a little wind srunge up. Australia wide annexes saw this as a problem and have addressed it with a range of solutions. 10/10 guys ,now you have a top of the range product.

nevney1: Could not fault the whole experience from start to finish. Darren came out to do an approximate quote, when they came out to do the final measure he somehow managed to change the design so my whole driveway was completely covered with no additional cost. On top of that just last night I had a major leak inside due to the big downfall and I phoned Darren to ask his opinion on where I should start with a solution. He was at my place within an hour and fixed a cracked tile that had nothing to do with the shade sail, he went above and beyond, he provided actual honest customer service. This company is definitely client first unlike a lot of others out there where it’s money first and once the job is done they wash their hands of you. I wish I could give more than 5 stars because they deserve it!!! A big thanks and shout out to all of your amazing team!!!Cheers, Stacey
