Salty Tears: I purchased 2 x bathroom vanities and mirrors and a big clawfoot bathtub which Highgrove Noosa held for me which was great.Yesterday I went to pick everything up from HG Noosa and Trav at the warehouse organised for the vanities & mirrors to be taken to the warehouse where the bathtub was so I only had to do 1 pickup.It was bucketing down rain and Trav must of been a tetris champ because he fit the vanities and mirrors in the car like a pro after helping me remove a baby seat.He then helped me strap the big clawfoot bathtub in the trailer in the pouring rain.Huge shout out to Trav at the Highgrove Noosa warehouse his customer service was amazing and greatly appreciated.

Dianne Stitt: After a terrible experience at another Highgrove location we travelled 40mins to purchase our bathroom items. The staff were attentive, friendly and very helpful. The difference is chalk and cheese! Leon was able to give us guidance on our purchases and has organised delivery for a time that suits us. Thanks Highgrove Noosaville for such a pleasant experience, maybe Kawana Waters staff could learn a thing or two about customer service from this friendly crew.

Lyn McD: Designing my ensuite was a breeze - instead of the painful process I was expecting - thanks to Ruby, the Warana showroom consultant. So many lovely choices. Very happy, too, with the pricing! Ruby speedily compiled a dossier of my choices to forward to my builder. What a gem!!
Julien G: I purchased a 1/4 turn tap from this company in October last year which recently failed, I had no receipt or proof of purchase and didn't even remove the tap to prove it had failed, I spoke to a staff member whom I'd never met before as I wanted to purchase another tap but wanted to make sure if this was a common issue or should I try a different brand the staff member advised he had no known previous issues of early failure and then returned with a replacement, as I tried to pay he advised NO CHARGE, for a staff member to replace an item at no charge with ZERO proof I had purchased the tap there and whom I hadbt realty with before was an amazing experience, and justifies why I always buy my plumbing supplies from Samios 10/10👍
