Natalie P: Placed an order online last year from Country SA for a couple of pairs of boots we couldn't find anywhere except with these guys. They were for our wedding so we were relieved when they could ship them quickly also. When I received a personal phone call to say the size we ordered wasn't in stock I was devastated initially but Karina talked me through the options on the phone for a size half bigger and what we could do for returns. The personal note when they arrived with a suggestion around using inner soles was lovely. I'm happy to report both pairs fit fine! Great personal service from the other side of the country so thank you!
