Chris S: Undertook the Day Skipper course from Maloolaba to Yeppoon with Peter as our skipper and had a very informative and great learning experience. The course gave us the opportunity to undertake 24 hours of night sailing under an extremely competent skipper to become familiar with what is expected and required. We also experienced sailing in fog which was invaluable as it removed the fear factor of the unknown. Overall it was a very well run course that provided a good foundation for the more difficult aspects of sailing which all sailors should be comfortable with.

Scott & Almasa Whitelaw: We completed our competent crew training with our skipper/instructor Peter and just wanted to say it was a great experience for us. We found Peter to be be patient, informative and encouraging as our skipper in all the varying weather conditions we got to experience. If you are looking to learn as cruisers, we highly recommend Peter's experience and training. As vegetarians, we also wanted to acknowledge the great produce supplied for meals. Also wanted to make a shout out to our fellow crew members who also made it a really memorable course.

Julia Davies: In preparation for the Brisbane to Gladstone race, last month I attended a Safety at Sea Survival course with instructor Drew from Sunshine Sailing Australia. What a fantastic learning experience! While I hope I never need to use the skills I developed, if I am ever unlucky down the track and have to let off flares, swim wearing a lifejacket, and/or deploy a lifeboat and clamber onboard, at least I am now more confident in my abilities. This is important as mental fortitude can be the key to survival. Drew has a wealth of knowledge and experience and is an excellent communicator. I highly recommend this course to all sailors.

Garlong Huynh: On a whim i booked the two hour sailing adventure experience with Fin who was a great instructor. I had no experience and he made learning the ropes really easy and had a safe and great time out on the ocean. Definitely recommend it to someone looking to learn or just to try.

I have limited sailing experience and was very much out of my comfort zone and feeling very daunted by what was in front of me. At the end of the five days I have so much more confidence and understanding of what is required. Peter was patient, respectful and he was very clear in his communication. He broke down the steps and made it so much clearer and also made time for fun and relaxation. The staff are friendly and welcoming, the boats and equipment are top notch and well kept.On day 2 of our trip we did the Ocean Tour on Jet Skis. Siana our guide was excellent and knew her stuff. Felt safe while still getting the adrenaline going. Absolutely great experience and worth every cent.Terrace Marina is the best company to enjoy Noosa through.

My friends and I had so much fun on the circuit, would definitely recommend 😆Due to a little confusion with the ocean tour and circuit, the team even went the extra mile to offer us free use of the kayaks and sups!!

S & S Ireland: TL'DR: Jet Ski Ocean tour, awesome.I attended the outlets along the River to discuss the Jet Ski offers. After various discussions, the young lad at this store convinced me that the Ocean Tour was a worthwhile family experience. I booked the 7.45 AM tour on Australia day. My wife, daughter, son, and I attended and were the only ones for the morning tour. Note: I recommend late teen to adult for this trip. I'm told that morning tours offer a chance for calmer weather.The guide was a young blond man. He was excellent from start to finish. Clear short instructions that were relevant and easy to follow. I feel the Jet Skis were in excellent condition and working perfectly. The controls easy to master.We hired two Jet Skis with two per ski. My wife and daughter were in front. Son and I following. When we got to the river mouth for our first waves, I watched my wife and daughter grow wings as they launched off the top of a wave in full air with us closely following. Wave after wave, smiles all round.The trip takes you out along the Noosa Beach and National Park. Beautiful. There was ample free time out in the Ocean. We were able to swap drivers so we all had a go. A wonderful experience. The return trip was easier as you surf the waves back in.I recommend only one per Jet Ski for more fun, control, and comfort. The rear spot requires some practice and there is not much support in the Jet Ski design. I felt it in the back when on the rear seat and had to support all my weight on my legs when my son was driving. If you have a back niggle, I question if this is for you. I personally don't think I would ride the rear seat again.Thanks to our guide. We look forward to our next visit when we will definitely be booking another tour.

charlye rollason: me and my family came into boats for my daughters birthday on Thursday and all I can say is that I am beyond impressed by the young girl that briefed us. she made us feel like we have known her forever and made us feel comfortable to ask questions when needed. I will defiantly be coming back here to support her again, will need to find out her name!
