Shirin Heidari: Amazing and friendly staff! The location is great, close to so many shops and restaurants. There are also very good amenities here, bbq, outdoor areas etc.The room was great, and looked clean. The only reason for 4 star is that the floor in the unit felt dirty. My feet would go black from just walking inside the unit, so I had to put shoes on, and go straight next to bed like that and wipe off my feet right before getting in bed. I think it must have been very dusty even before we got there. The floor visually looked clean though. So bring a pair of slippers with you if you’re staying here. The rest of the things were very good.The wifi is super slow too, so don’t expect much.

The interaction between grounds person and residents including children was exceptional. The staffs attitude set the mood for us and all residents. Cant compliment these people enough. JASON WILLIAMS: Good park near waterway and shops. Park is dog friendly which suits us and plenty of places to walk the dog. Park is older so sites are a little tight for larger rigs length wise but plenty of room width. Amenities are clean but need a little TLC. Camp kitchen is small and basic, located in front of motel rooms which and is away from majority of the camp sites.

antony mosley: Walking the many paths and beach tracks is great. The best thing of all aside from the coffee, is the dog friendly area at the mouth of the Maroochy river. What a blast. My dog loves this place and do did all the other dogs and their owners. Should be more of it! Twelve months since last visit. All good re dog stuff but the planes start at 6.00am and since the runway change fly right over the caravan park. Too noisy.
Lois Soper: We have stayed here during the Victorian Winter over many years. Love Mudjimba and surrounds, the caravan park and its facilities & office, walking and bike tracks and of course the beach. We have had nothing but good times here along with many other Victorians. Noted the flight path had changed due to relocation of new runway however it did not concern us and noticed some pilots turned out to sea as soon as take off was complete. Also enjoyed the great Restaurant "LooseGoose" nearby at Twin Waters and all the little shops nearby and they love us as their customers. Our dog was happy & adores the surf but keeps close to us on her lead. We enjoy our holidays at Mudjimba every year.

And then we saw the pool what a veiw, basically on the water, then music, cocktails, pizza, coffee whatever you need is there, no need to drive anywhere. Road Trippn with Neats & Plasticwingman: I originally booked 2 nights in the safari tent, I loved it that much I booked another night. I didn’t want to leave! The accommodation was wonderful. So clean, comfy bed, the bath was lovely, river view, the staff so helpful and friendly. Having a morning coffee at the food area was lovely. Wish I could stay longer. I’ll definitely be back again.

Colin Charles: I lived in Maroochydore as a child and have always known about Cotton Tree Holiday Park. However, this was the first time I have stayed there and I throughly enjoyed the whole experience.It’s close to Maroochydore which means you can walk to almost anywhere you want, although with the main Cotton Tree shopping centre just across the road & Maroochydore beach and river close by, you may not need to go too far at all.
