Tam Jewell: Our 3 cats were very well cared for. This was evident in the pictures posted daily on facebook. Our cats looked very content. It's so reassuring to be able to check in each evening and see pics of your cats. Very well organised.
Di Yates: February 2020. A Big thanks again to Zoe and Todd and their helpers for their wonderful resort and for helping to keep my babies on a diet. They both look fabulous. The challenge now is for me to maintain the good work started. 😂. Highly recommend. It is definitely a resort for our fur babies.Highly recommend this resort. Zoe and Todd have created a little bit of heaven purely for puddycats. I was a first time user of this resort and even though had a bit of a drive listening to 2 babies protesting all the way, it was worth it. Having experienced many catteries over the years, the standard of cleanliness, care and thought put into designing of pens is the best i have experienced. Plus you can check out facebook to see your babies each day. Having a separate outdoor area attached to each pen is a treat for indoor cats. MEOW! And big PURRS. We will be back.

Rani Whiddett: I cannot recommend Coolum Country Cat Retreat enough! Mandy, the owner and operator, is attentive, professional and truly cares for the cats in her care. The location is quite and peaceful, the cattery building is clean and the rooms are spacious. Rates are very reasonable!Leaving my two girls while I went overseas was a daunting thought, but knowing they were safe, clean, warm and well-fed put my mind at ease. I even got little email updates from Mandy about how they were going. Thank you again to Mandy for her excellent care and love you gave Molly and Dahlia!!
scott mcconochie: Looks like the best place to leave your beloved cat.I went up with a friend to leave their cat for 2 weeks while they go on holidays.They have been before and love the way the cats are treated fed and well looked after in a very cat friendly clean environment.Seems like the place if you have a cat.CheersScott.
Kim Boyan: I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional care that Lilly received during her stay with Mandy at Coolum Country Cat Retreat.Mandy's love and affection for Lilly were evident from the moment we arrived at the retreat. Her attention to detail and her warm and welcoming personality made us feel at ease immediately. It was clear to me that Mandy treats every cat in her care as if they were her own.Throughout Lilly's 3 week stay in February 2023, Mandy provided regular updates and photos, which were a source of comfort and joy for us. We could see that Lilly was happy and content, which was a testament to Mandy's exceptional care.The Coolum Country Cat Retreat is a beautiful and well-maintained facility that provides a safe and comfortable air-conditioned environment for cats to stay in. Paul Howard: I recently had our cat stay at Coolum Cat Retreat for 2 and a half weeks and I could not be happier!!!!Mandy and Dean are lovely people and our cat was very happy and healthy apon our return and has been more cuddly aswell!!Super clean facility's and I was updated with videos via email the whole time I was overseas which was great to show the whole family that our cat is fine and enjoying himself!!!!So if you need your cat taken care of call Coolum Cat Retreat!!!!Remember, a good sign of a great business/service is how booked/ busy they are!!!So make sure you are organised and call with plenty of notice to avoid disappointment!!!!Thanks again Mandy and Dean!!!!You are the best!!!!!
Ann O'Bryen: So happy with the care that my much loved cat, Billy, received when he stayed recently. He was sooo chillaxed and happy when I picked him up. It was his second stay and he was clearly well looked after. Mandy really takes the time to get to know and understand each cat. The accommodation is great...air-con inside and an outside run for each cat. Best Cat resort on the coast - no question! 😊

Mick Harrison: Well laid out and a large area of kennel accommodation, priced in a few tiers to cater for a variety of animal sizes, requirements and temperaments. After a week, the staff knew the dogs names, habits and oddities. Highly recommended

We're fairly sure they enjoyed their stay as they practically pulled us inside two days later when we needed their services again! The staff were absolutely wonderful, and the facilities and services looked amazing. We'd recommend them for anyone who loves their pets and is in need of somewhere for them to be safe, happy and well cared for the day.

It's worth every penny!! Plus, the new waterpark is freaking awesome..The only thing I'd like to see is that they open at 7am instead of 7.30am..

Scott Macken: Chase the Wonder Dog loves his holidays here and comes home happy and tired. He's a mature dog and he is treated with love and care. We know he likes going for his break as he runs to their door, dragging us behind him, just to see Simon and all the other wonderful team members. And we love seeing his report card when we pick him up. EDITED TO ADD: We've been bringing Chase here for 12 years and have never had a bad experience.
Anne Grey: I was very happy with the professional of the Eumundi Pet Resort. I was anxious as he hadn’t been to boarding for a while. He was very relaxed when we collected him
Luba Malecky: Mayo-Maisie , our precious white Staffy escape artist , Pablo our handsome bossy chihuahua and Sushi our big and noisy black brindle Staffy cross , are extremely well looked after and cared for at PRA Eumundi . The staff are very caring and take notice of any requests or pet idiosyncrasies that may occur. It’s a 45 minute drive from Dicky Beach but I wouldn’t take them anywhere else . Highly recommended !
