I asked for advice about what type of replacement unit to get and he took the time to explain the differences and help me work out what would suit our needs, without pushing me towards a more expensive unit. He arrived promptly the next morning and worked diligently to get the job done with no fuss. Denis is friendly, polite and very easy to talk with.
