Matt Allan: I received excellent service from Ceramica Senio. I needed to complement some indoor tiles when tiling our patio. I'm not the best at picking colours but was steered in the right direction by Ettiene and the final result was great. Ettiene also arranged delivery of the tiles to my unit's carpark while I was away. All in all, a great experience.

All the staff were fantastic, endlessly patient in trying to find outdoor tiles that would complement our existing indoor tiles and our pavers - a difficult job since the background colour of tiles has changed over time. During a couple of months we took tiles home, brought them back, and took others to see if they'd work in our context. In the end we couldn't find one that would work, but we would have really liked to buy our tiles from the Tile Factory Outlet. Their prices are good, their range excellent, and their customer service second to none! We highly recommend them.
