They aren't magicians and do not have magic wands so it can take a while, as a parent on the side lines sometimes it feels like nothing is happening but trust me it is and these guys know what they are doing. sam cowlishaw: I have been fortunate enough to have used this facility a couple of times and some of these reviews are extremely incorrect in my opinion. This facility treats people who may at times get easily confused so reviews need to be read according. My experience is you would not find a nicer receptionist in the world. The facility is new with all facilities you would require. The doctors are amazing. The food is extremely good with a selection of salads and desserts. The kitchen open 24 hours with fruit ,biscuits,coffee and a fridge full of drinks. Lovely gardens and outdoor areas to rest and relax. Exercise and education classes which are very beneficial. Games ,TV and family rooms for visitors. Nursing staff who are amazing especially Julie and Christine. Medication is given efficiently. The hospital is set amongst a peaceful relaxing environment besides a rainforest. My only fault is they would not let me stay longer. I would highly recommend.
