Joseph Price: I had a problem with a expensive watch of mine so brought it to a well know jewellers in Sunshine Plaza. Was told it would take 6-7 weeks with a cost of $550😱to totally overhaul the watch. No need to tell you I was in shock. Coastal Clocks and Watches was suggested to me so headed over to Kawana to be blown away by the service I received. Was told to take a seat while they checked the watch. Was told minute hand was slightly out of alignment and second hand was slightly loose as well as a flat battery that was replaces only a few months previously by someone else. Fifteen minutes later received my watch with a total cost of wait for it,$35. Now 24 hrs later not lost a second. Thank you Noel and your amazing staff. 27/11/22. Again returned to Coastal Clocks and Watches to find nothing changed. As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted with good morning and big smile and asked what could they do for me. I explained that I hadn’t worm my watch for a few months was told it was probably a flat battery and to sit and wait as they would check it. As I waited at least 6 customers came in getting the same friendly greeting. I waited 10 mins for my watch to be told needed new battery and all was good. Charged the amazing price of $20. Nothing had changed excellent friendly and affordable service. Thanks again Noel and your amazing staff. Joseph.

At the Maroochydore Sunshine Plaza store which I've been going to for a few years now and made a number of purchases at, Nicole has always served me. She's extremely good at her job, knows her product, and is a really nice person who always goes out of her way to help and offer friendly, valuable advice when needed. Nicole, our sales assistant, was extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable on the Tag watches. We ended up purchasing a watch, and Nicole was very professional and helpful during the whole transaction, including removing links in the band and making sure it was ready on my husbands actual birthday so I could give it to him. It's very rare to get such great service these days.
