Susan Bowen: Did you know that Coast Guard offer a service to scatter the ashes of loved ones in either the river or the bay.Then there's the Memorial Wall overlooking the river mouth where you can have a permanent plaque installed to commemorate your loved ones.It's absolutely beautiful. I can't imagine a better eternal view.Such a great service to the community at a fraction of the cost of comparable memorials.
