escott howard: Outstanding service. Mr. Martin Best came to my house on the hottest day of the year in response to my service request. My 15 year old AC system had died on a day when the temperature was 100 degrees outside. He quickly diagnosed the problem and after I inquired about having a new unit installed, his team returned less than 24 hours later and put one in. He was honest, fair, professional, and very thorough in his explanation. Jose and his installers were quick, clean, and had my house cooling off within two hours after arriving.
