I'm a premed student, so sitting in study is pretty much my default state of being; I needed this desk and chair to be just right.To my delight, even though BFX do wholesale, the Sales Consultant, Lucia, helped me with my single retail order. And by 'help' I mean 'above and beyond the call'. I must have exchanged about half a dozen emails with Lucia; if BFX is willing to pay that much attention to a single retail order, then just imagine how they treat wholesale orders.Also, when I travelled to their Yandina warehouse to collect my two flat packs, I was met by two guys with a fully assembled desk and chair that they then packed into my car. I was stunned.Thank you, BFX.

The delivery partner has been absolutely incredible every time - so timely and friendly. I live in a difficult area to deliver to and they have never complained. The kind of service we'd like to receive everywhere, but all too often don't.The team at SC Freedom were able to sort through a number of things we needed including returns, an online click and collect order under the wrong name, the return and quality controlling of a lounge chair that didn't meet spec, following up on voucher use, and about an hour's worth of advice, including follow up questions for curtains that we eventually ordered. All this whilst engaging with us in a friendly manner that made us feel valued as customers. Great work team!
Marlena Dobrzanska: I bought 5 frames from freedom in Maroochydore. Unfortunately, I have later discovered that one of the frames glass was broken so the store not only offered free of charge exchange but also organised delivery to my home FOC! I was happy to pay postage as we live a long way away from that store but they have just organised it all without a problem. I was very impressed by that service. Super easy, no fuzz and very customer oriented. Plus, the person on the phone, Mark, was very friendly and helpful! I have bought items form freedoms before an d never had issues before either. Outstanding service in my opinion and I would consider myself as a harsh critic! Well done !

Scott Barlow: We bought a new bed here and Jared the salesman in the beds department was absolutely awesome. He’s knowledge, customer service, friendliness and professionalism is second to none. We had the bed delivered and had a hardness of the bed problem between myself and my partner so we had to go back. He organized a harder mattress to try from offsite storage and when it came in Jared wasn’t there. Unfortunately the service we got from the other salesman wasn’t up to par with Jared so we decided to come back the following day to specifically deal with him and he easily sorted a swap of mattresses personally suited to our individual comfort levels.We recommend Jared so highly as he has the perfect customer service that we all look for in dealing with an important purchase.

It looks amazing!!! Giving it a high end, resort feel. The cushions provided are fresh and white, adding a touch of elegance while maintaining their comfort even after extended use. The collection I purchased includes the Avila Outdoor sun lounges, double island sofa, chairs, coffee and side tables, as well as the Carrillo Parasol and Stand. The quality, comfort, and aesthetics of the furniture have exceeded my expectations. Red wine spilt who cares ...you just hose it off, true story!!

From the get go Amanda was very prompt and helpful to answer all questions I had about a dresser and bar stools.As I live in Melbourne I wasn’t able to visit the showroom, but Amanda was very accomodating and sent multiple photos of the pieces I was interested in buying.I was reluctant to buy furniture online without seeing it in person, but I’m so glad that I did. The items weren’t in stock so I had to wait 6 weeks or so for them to arrive and to then be shipped to Melbourne. There was an additional unexpected delay of a few weeks to receive the dresser, though Abide Interiors openly communicated with me throughout the process which made me feel reassured.Delivery from the two different companies Abide Interiors use was fantastic too. I adore the items I ordered from Abide Interiors - they are my favourite pieces in my house. 😍😍 The dresser and bar stools are of high-quality and I had no issues with imperfections once unboxed.I would like to extend my thanks to Abide Interiors and wanted to share my wonderful experience with others.

Geoff Stein: The delivery of furniture today by Carl was excellent. Right on time. Made a difficult job, easy. Unfortunately I tried to ring the store to tell someone personally about the great service I received, so they could pass the compliment to Carl, as he is a delivery contractor for Domayne. But was left on hold for 16 minutes waiting = 1 star for store service.

Fran Durkin: My son bought my partner & I adjustable beds from Domayne. We have never slept so well & I now can't imagine sleeping on a standard flat bed. My breathing due to a heart condition has improved immensely & I don't get foot cramps anymore. I highly recommend anyone young or old to shop here for an adjustable bed. You can't go wrong.
