Daniel Hughes: The restaurant ambience was spot on. Nick our waiter was pleasant and helpful. We had the quail and octopus for entrees. The quail was superb, the octopus was tasty and came in generous olive oil balsamic dressing mopped up with a side of crusty bread. For mains we had the duck a l'orange and sirloin with green peppercorn sauce. The duck was delicious and steak cooked well. All in all it was a really enjoyable dinner. Thanks Nick and team!
Gail Denver: We had a superb meal, my first outing to this restaurant today, along with two friends. I don’t have enough superlatives to convey the excellence of every dish we ordered. Best snapper I’ve eaten, the slow roasted lamb to die for and great steak, beautifully cooked. The portions generous. The side dishes are not second class citizens either, equally delicious. Thinking we’d be too full for desserts, we gave them a whirl - am I glad, they were equally delicious. Great service, stylish taste, wonderful food, nice pace. Will definitely be back.

Brian Chapple: Our group of six had lunch here today and we were well looked after indeed! The restaurant has wonderful atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and efficient, even joining in on our table’s friendly banter. The food was the main attraction obviously and none of us were disappointed; each dish was plentiful in food and cooked to perfection. It was a joy to dine here, no doubt we’ll be back!

Josie Swan: We had a high tea for 4 adults on 24 February. Both the sweet and savoury delicacies were exquisite, and the table service was exemplary - attentive yet non-intrusive. Servings were generous. Thank you! My only disappointment was that there were no flowers on the table, which are on the website advertising the high tea. Also, for such a refined event, damask linen would have been the finishing touch. But altogether, a memorable event.
lu zou: Very good food and big portion, we loved the prawn pasta which have seven prawns . Also the bug in risotto is very sweet. Unfortunately there is no oysters for the day, but the price for oyster is very reasonable. Pear and rocket salad is also very nice with big slices of cheese and sweet pear slices. Steak is nice and loaded with vegetables. We enjoyed every dishes we ordered, and the food has made our stay even more enjoyable. Service is just Okay thou but we don't mind it so much . Good work to the team.

Heather Hamilton: One of our family favourite restaurants. Have dined in and had take out from Kon Tiki venue regularly. Our all time favourite has been the spicy beef salad. Recently however the recipe has changed and the chilli very finely chopped and added to the sauce. This has resulted in a dish that is now overly spiced and too hot even for the chilli livers in the family. Please go back to the previous recipe.Parking: Parking is limited at lunch times but quite easy of an evening if you use the upper parking area

Trinh Nguyen: The best Vietnamese restaurant in Sunshine Coast ✨ Very authentic and tasty! If you are curious about Vietnamese foods, you should give a try at Nguyen Brother, they got all the good stuffs there! I would recommend caramelised pork belly, crispy chicken wings, Pho, Hu Tiu, crispy skin chicken rice for the main and also they have amazing Vietnamese ice coffee and homemade lychee tea as well 💕I haven’t tried the dessert here but their deep fried ice cream and pineapple sago looks very delicious 😋
