Courtney McGregor: *Sephora as of mid June does not have staff to do waxing etc., and informed me the day of my appointment. They said nothing of replacing this service.A bit of lengthy feedback:I went into Sephora for a wax and ended up interacting with all of the staff. Emily who does the waxing was amazing. Every other staff member was really lovely as well.The day I went in, I left home feeling fine. Before I got to Sephora a lady in the plaza asked if I was ok. I told her I was fine and she told me I looked very pale. I got to Sephora and sat a little while waiting for Emily to finish with the lady booked before me then sat there and chatted while she did my waxing. I went to the counter to pay and everything went dark and I said Emily I think I'm going to pass out then I hit the floor.The staff were absolutely wonderful, ringing plaza management, I think they were nearly all down on the floor with me at one time or another. I was so embarrassed. The girls were all worried about me and all I was worried about was that I hadn't paid for the waxing yet. An ambulance was called and everyone involved were simply amazing. Plaza security were also there before the ambulance came.I've booked in for 2 appointments since and have had to cancel because of feeling unwell. I've been in hospital since then and when I got out of hospital last weekend, I booked an appointment for today, which I've just had to cancel again due to my health.I couldn't say a negative word about any of the girls at Sephora's Sunshine Plaza store. They are second to none. If I was too be extremely picky I could say that I had to wait a short while past my appointment time for Emily to finish her client before me, but these things happen sometimes. It's no drama. If that's the worst thing that someone can experience and complain about in any business, then they're being pedantic. I personally look forward to catching up with the girls again and HIGHLY recommend Sephora to anyone looking for waxing or hair and beauty products.
Shar Sadeghi: I normally have an amazing experience in Sephora at Sunshine plaza. So much so, that I’ll choose it over the competing make up store every time. Today was not the case. When purchasing my products I was met with a rather vapid and uninformed young staff member who was unable to answer any of my questions, didn’t seek help when she didn’t know the answer and failed to ask if I wanted to use my points. When I asked if I could use my points she slowly said ‘nooooo. I’ve already put it through’. Is this question not part of the customer service spiel they are normally trained with?? She told me she could tell me how many points I had, but the app can do that! Beware - some of the much younger staff at this store do not have the quality of customer service that their older counterparts hold!
Dali Baldock: Had the best experience getting my makeup done with Bec R! She made me feel sooo comfortable and at ease while getting ready for my 21st!Cannot recommend Sephoras makeup service enough especially with the lovely Bec! X

Kara Herlihy: It is always a pleasure to walk into Mecca. Every assistant has a welcoming and approachable smile and is more than happy to help you with whatever it is your after. The lady at the door put us on to Meg, the skincare consultant, who was an absolute delight! Meg helped my daughter find her first skincare range today. She was very informative and educated us both. The lady at the counter who served us was so lovely and complimentary. My daughter walked out most excited with her purchase and I was most impressed. Great work Mecca Sunshine Plaza!!

I showed her what look I was going for and she absolutely nailed it. Even better than I had envisioned. She was so patient and a master of her art. I was Honestly so impressed! I had so many compliments on my makeup and how well it suited me. It looked even better in the photos. Stayed on all day. I loved that you can redeem the cost back in products. That was amazing. I’ve always wanted to try Mecca but been too nervous as I had no idea about makeup. And thanks to Shania, my first experience at Mecca was amazing!I would 100% recommend Mecca

Regular specials and sales that include trade accounts too.Great customer service and love that I’m supporting an Aussie business.The only recommendation I have is PLEASE please stop using Aramex/Fastaway as your courier. It takes a minimum of 7 days for delivery to us after they pick it up and we are only 70km from your store. Please look at their 2.5k reviews and 1.5 star rating.Aside from that, we highly recommend Salonshop to anyone looking for well priced salon quality brands and products.
