Jodie Forbes: I went into the store yesterday at the sunshine plaza to swap a watch over because it wouldn't sync to my phone. Although all staff were run off their feet, the manager took the time to help me swap my original watch for another. She was very helpful and friendly and I didn't feel like she was rushing me despite the number of customers waiting to be served. She even resized for me. I recommend this store to everyone. I didn't get the manager's name, but thank you so much, I greatly appreciate your time and customer service, which was of the highest standard.

Nathan and Kate: I had the pleasure of purchasing a beautiful chain for my pendant from the lovely Amy yesterday. Amy was so helpful and knowledgeable about all the different considerations of selecting the chain, and really took her time to help me. She is also such a warm, genuine person who even helped me watch my escape-artist one-year-old so I had a moment to try on necklaces. They also joined the engagement and eternity together to stop wear on the bands. This advice was perfect.We decided to go ahead imediately and it was finished in less than a week. I now have one item to wear and they don't slip around on my finger. They cleaned them up to look like new, fixed some stones that were loose so now I'm confident they are good to go for many years.What a team!
