Email: We required a new garage door following storm damage. Contacted from the web 3 well know suppliers on the Sunshine Coast and one smaller local firm.The local phoned and said he would call next week, never heard fro him again.One of the top 3 suppliers no response and the other a phone call saying it had been referred to sales, again no response.East Coast responded, came to quote when agreed on and completed the job earlier than expected. HOWEVER TO MY AMAZEMENT "JOHN " FIXED THE BENT BRACKETS REDRILLED THE BRACKET IN THE CEILING & HAD THE DOOR OPERATING AS GOOD AS NEW "UNBELIEVABLE". IT'S GREAT TO DEAL WITH A COMPANY THAT HAS TRULY PROFESSIONAL STAFF WORKING FOR THEM.Thanks again John & East Coast Doors.Steve & Noelene Dawson.
