Ole Mate came straight out and tested both batteries and 12v sockets and then replaced the fuse and we were good as gold and he wouldn’t take payment!!! what a Champion and amazing service. It would need to be fixed by a Mercedes service dept. H & E charged the battery fully, to ensure I made it to the nearest Mercedes workshop. I offered to pay, but H & E said ”no charge”.
