Richard Leathers: I have been insured through Stream Financial for a number of years and have recently had to make a claim on my IP insurance. Initially meeting with Lachlan who was patient and thorough through the initial first meetings and then had the fortune of having Janis assist me from there on with regular phone calls to just check in and see how i was feeling as well as liaising between the insurance company on my behalf until I felt able to do so myself.
