Joey Nguyen: Had our first food trailer built by warren and his amazing team at bella Manufactoring..From the get go we didnt know much on how it was gona plan out but warren the operation manager held our hand through the whole process and gave us ideas we didnt know was possible..Everything was built using only Australian standards and made here in the sunshine state Queensland..We were overwhelmed on the day we received the 7m trailer shipped down from QLD on a massive truck..The quality of the build is absolutely amazing..there were some minor adjustments on appliances but other than that we were completely blowned away by the care taken from just an idea to becoming a reality.If you’re in the process of looking to get into the mobile food business, give warren a call at Bella Manufactoring for a consultation..extremely professional and no bending around the bush..

Mike Noordermeer: After being collected by Tasty Tours for this Fermentier workshop, I wasn't really sure what to expect. Tania, from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, was patient, funny, and informative. We all received generous sample portions of so many different products throughout the workshop and she was very mindful of my food allergy. Being hit with theory from the start might sound like a nightmare but Tania was quite entertaining so it didn't feel like it at all. She is quite passionate about her and her husband, Andrew's, creations and with good reason. Everything was absolutely delicious. You also didn't feel like you were being lectured in any way so no one felt uncomfortable. I especially loved the kombucha making and being sent home with our first ferment with assurances of contacting for any assistance in the future. We also had the chance to buy any of her products at the end but were certainly under no obligation to. I am going to go again to this workshop and take my wife so she can enjoy it too.
Ann Kearney: Have just been to a kombucha workshop at The Fermentier and highly recommend a visit to this very interesting shop/business. The products are the best quality I have had in a while and the friendly advice is great. I wanted to purchase everything! I especially love the grape kombucha and the honey jun kombucha. They are quick to respond to messages and deliver locally. Really impressed and will definitely be back ordering more!

Damian Abbott: Is this the greatest kimchi ever? Well I haven't tried them all but I have tried a lot and it's my pick as the best. Can't fault how great this is, I can eat it with most meals, gluten free and vegan friendly. Then there's the kombucha, water kefir is my favorite, no not a kombucha as such but still amazing. So glad I've stumbled on this place the kimchi, sour kraut and kombucha I used to consume all seem... Well... bland when compared to this. Whatever secret they use is working! Probably the fact that it's creator is a nutritionalist and dietitian. You won't regret changing to the Fermentier for sure it's an upgrade!
Renee Weaver: I totally love these sauerkrauts – with a real zing and crunchy - not sloppy like some. I'm a convert forever now. I love their kombucha too - so delicious but the best thing is the low calories – a total game changer for weight loss and a perfect alternative to alcohol.Well done The Fermentier!
