Fernando Piancatelli: Had a fantastic 18km hike to Lake Baroon Lookout. Not too crowded-only at the Kondalilla falls loop-very quiet and mostly shaded for most of the way. Great photo opportunities and huge trees 🌳 to see and ponder.

Holley Meier: Beautiful views everywhere at this park, not surprising as it's Montville and everywhere you look there's an awesome view.We did the rockpool/lookout walk and it's good for people who don't like long difficult walks. I will note there were a good few stairs but nothing insane. It took less than an hour for the round trip with a rest for thr lookouts.
Jessica Urquhart: . It was busy. There were rock climbers and kids jumping off the rocks. It was hard to find a spot on the rocks to watch the waterfall. So we got bold, and decided to walk to the lookout, another 1.5km to the Kondalilla look-out. It was so beautiful, so we headed down further to the bottom of the falls. Little did we know we were about to walk the entire 4.8km Kondalilla Falls Circuit! The trail takes you right to the bottom of the falls, which had stagnant water, and was not as pretty as the rock-pools. However, the rainforest was beautiful. The walk back up was intense and we were definitely puffed out by the time we got back to the rock-pools. We only regret not having water & snacks, but we made up for it with a trip into the Montville fudge shop! Beautiful area, highly recommend doing the full circute.
Dame Noble: It will take you roughly 1 hour and 20mins to circle the entire track. The long walk indeed. Bring water and backpack. Well worth the views and the swimming holes.
Te Hana Fraser: Absolutely beautiful walk through nature admiring all the ancient gums and incredible views along the way. The falls are very cool but lovely and refreshing. We also saw a huge eel who didn't seem too bothered by humans and a couple of goannas. Beautiful experience for both adults and kids to connect with and rejuvenate from nature.
Eli Mikelsons: Lots of lookouts, leads to lots of different trails and one of the best natural swimming holes on the sunny coast. Go early or during the week for less population as can be packed.
Antonia Burt: The rock pool is so fresh & cool, loved it here. My favourite place to visit. Fun to jump from the rock into the pool. Pack your lunch & stay a few hours. Only 30 min walk from the car park. Highly recommend! 💯

Peter R. Allen: One of the most scenic picnic areas around. Lakeside vista and beautiful waters that stretch across to the north Maleny side. Electric BBQs are free with picnic tables and seating in amongst the trees. This is a SEQWATER site which supplies drinking water to the South East Queensland water grid.
