Easy walking distance to local cafes, restaurants & patrolled beach. Would definitely return here.Nearby activities: Close driving distance to tourist attractions, ie. Aussie World, Australia Zoo, Sea Life aquarium.Walkability: Across the road from the beach, great esplanade walking track, fitness equipment and kids play equipment. Very close to local cafes and ice cream- a must when on holidays!

Adam Ithiel (CapriciousSage): Fantastic NRAS properties here offer great value for tenants. The property managers really look after the place and the facilities are awesome. There is a pool, spa, gym and theatre room available for use, and the place is only a stone's throw from the plaza.

Fully contained units with everything you can think of - even beach hats and sand castle building buckets for the kids! We loved and appreciated the Miele washing machine, dryer and dish washer! We are not dish washer fans but that was an amazing one so even we used it!Comfy beds, roomy showers, large balcony and beautiful furniture!We will stay again!

Kate M: .The location was ideal for going to the wharf, the boardwalk and the little town with a million restaurants! The hotel and our room were very clean. The pool and all the beach accessories were an awesome perk.We were a little disappointed in our room view as we chose an ocean view but it was definitely blocked by the trees on the 4th level.

The pool was just the right temp and being right at the beach and in walking distance to the esplanade and restaurants you couldn’t ask for anything more. I highly recommend staying at 84 the Spit whether short or extended. You won’t be disapppinted.

Justin Fennessy: Enjoyed a week here and really enjoyed the hospitality, spacious well appointed apartment with two bedrooms and bathrooms, close to The Wharf and awesome boardwalk that takes you into the heart of Maloolaba in 5 mins. Only gripes were the lack of a ramp up to reception/lift and the pole in the car park that takes 5 years off your life as you exit. We’d definitely stay here again, beautiful spot and most attractions are within an hour’s drive.

The apartment was fantastic with beautiful views over the ocean and it was worth waking up early to view the sunrise each morning. Kath Johnson: but the views.. of the beach, sea, surrounding marina and hinterlands throughout the apartment were spectacular! We made good use of our balcony, snacking, sipping drinks and lazing in glorious sunshine or watching the sunset, enjoying our views with good privacy. The location was perfect between the pier, the wharf and town, we made good use of the walkway between the beach access from our apartment building for morning walks and night walks to the many surrounding fabulous resturants. Our managers Sidney and Lauren Borjesson were super friendly, informative and helpful with our enquiries. We absolutely loved our stay at 84 spit apartments and plan to return hopefully to the same apartment in future for more good times and memories!

Will William: Saying here is an absolute treat, Mooloolaba is quite a busy thoroughfare, but this gem is away from the hustle and bustle . Located on the spit overlooking the beach at the front and mountains and river at the back . Walking distance to all of the restaurants and direct private access to the beach. The appartments are excellent with verandas overlooking thebeach ,also it has a great pool ,secure parking . The on-site managers Sidney & Lauren are excellent hosts with a friendly and professional approach. Having stayed in places along the Sunshine Coast I couldn’t fault this oasis.
