Tony and his team are just the best. They focus on quality at every step but the price is super competitive. The install was also fast but once again first rate quality. The follow on service during the settling in period has been above and beyond as well. Our system has been up and running for nearly 6 months and we no longer pay a bill. We also live in an area with frequent blackout and we've had several in that time. The lights flicker and boom straight onto battery. The battery also gets us easily through the night.

James Leahy: I got in touch with Symonsenergy when the old inverter wouldn't work and because I am not sure what to do with confidence to contact SOLAX Simon contacted SOLAX and could talk the same language as you so eventually he was able to get the new inverter. It is working but it is reading the same number as yesterday in the next morning until about 11am then it starts again for the rest of the day and it starts again. I contacted Simon and asked him to come to have a look at it and he is here now and he is trying to get it working correctly. HE thinks that the date is not correct but he has been talking with SOLAX and he told me that SOLAX has changed the date and time so I will check it out tomorrow morning at sunrise or there abouts. Thanks 👍 in anticipation for how it's going in the morning.
