James N-guyen: We stayed in unit 4 and it was amazing. A very nice and clean apartment with all the mod cons and huge balcony. Apartment had everything thing we needed. Close to everything we need and wanted to go. Kid friendly. Safe building and location. Best winter holiday we've had if I was honest. Natalie and Paul were very responsive hosts.

Dorothy Barclay: We stayed on level one with an ocean view! Our Apartment had a lovely big balcony which made it feel so relaxed and spacious. The super king bed was so comfortable, even more so because you can go to sleep listening to the ocean. The apartment was spotless and very well-appointed.It is so close to the little village of Sunshine Beach, you can walk to the Sunshine Beach flags in 4 minutes. The cafes and restaurants are just as close by. We didn't even need to get in a car as everything is within an easy walk. The Sunshine Beach Surf Club has a fantastic restaurant.XO is also brilliant. Entity Coffee in the morning has good vibes and the best coffee and chai teas!All the walks in the National Park are so close too.We walked into Noosa through the national park straight to Tea Tree Bay for a swim and it only took us 45mins.The management at the Sundancer cares for the place as if it is their own.It was the most amazing holiday and we cant recommend it enough.We will be back!Happy Holidays xx

Rob: This placed ticked all our boxes so we gave it a shot:- comfortable king bed- aircon / fan in each room- heated salt water pool- car park provided- great location with a view of the seaBut what made it really stand out was how well provisioned the room was. Small things like tin foil, paper towel, lots of toilet paper, olive oil, dishwashing power, all the pots and cooking utensils you need - this was all provided. I can't remember any other place giving us enough of that stuff and it makes a huge difference.Also, everything worked and was clean - another rare thing. Fans didn't squeak. The furniture was actually comfortable. The wifi was free and fast - no annoying popups asking for us to log in for full speed. The TV was a smart TV so we could login to our netflix account, etc. The TV remote had batteries that weren't flat! I could go on.Our only issue was that the microwave died one night, but a couple of hours after reporting that to the very helpful and friendly Nathalie and Paul, we had a replacement.We'll be back for sure 👍

So many activities to do from paddle boarding, bush walking at Tinbeerwah lookout, go carting at Big Cart Track Landsbouough, great shopping, dining and movies at Sunshine Plaza Maroochydore , Eumundi Markets is a must, dining at Hastings Street and Noosa Junction goes without saying, Perigian Beach has a good selection of boutiques and dining options. Sunshine Beach Surf Club is only a few minutes walk from both properties and the list goes on. We have enjoyed every stay immensely. Cannot wait to return. It has become our home away from home. Just a note. This is not a place to stay if you want to party. Loud noise is to be kept to a minimum which suits us fine. It is a place for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you Nathalie for such an enjoyable stay.

John Lotton: Stayed in their off-site apartment on Belmore Terrace. Nice quiet location, large sunny apartment with really well equiped kitchen and very comfortable bed. Nice big balcony with sea glimpses. All very clean. Nathalie was very helpful during my extended stay. Would recommend.

Lee Strawbridge: Great location, great size, a little outdated in the furnishings, but otherwise a great spot

Julie Webster: Very comfortable even though we were in the 'poor mans' room. This was on the first floor, no sun or view and deck overlooked by all surrounding buildings. But we were overlooking the pool area which was convenient for us. Only complaint would be that there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom or toilet. Both would be a good idea.

Jones family: Parkshores Holiday Apartments - what a beautiful location!We stayed here for 2 nights with our two young kids and did not want to leave!This place is suitable for families with young children and grandparents/older folks etcThe facilities within the apartment give you the home away from home experience regarding Aircon/Dishwasher/Fridge/cooking stuff etc!Views from the units are amazing - we spent plenty of time on the deck relaxing, enjoying the sea breeze and a few cold ones.I must make special mention of KeithKeith is the Manager on-site, he is way ahead of the pack with his give you that 'Old fashioned service' approach we all love and should experience more regularly!From when we arrived/departed - we were looked after above our expectations and won't forget the experienceThis spot is a gem, we will be going back as soon as we can!Jones family

Rhonda Eagles-Griffiths: Wonderful place to stay! Clean and tidy apartments, homely decor, some seaviews. All mod cons. inc air-con, coffee machine. Off-street undercover parking. Keith is a helpful, friendly host. Some apartments are dog-friendly, and we were grateful to be able to take our little Maltese X with us on holidays. The dog off-leash beach is only a short drive away, although not much parking in the street. The no-dog beach is a short walk down a long set of steps around the corner from the apartments. Local cafes/restaurants/takeaways are a short walk down the road. Noosa Junction shops are a short drive away.

Nic: plus two dogs beautifully. Everyone had their own space and there was always something to keep everyone entertained even in the wet weather we experienced. The house is really clean and extremely well equipped. It was wonderful to have all the little extra things like detergents and pantry/household items left for our use too. The pool table and table tennis was fantastic and we enjoyed the short walk to the beach.Really was a home away from home. Thanks for a great stay and such friendly service. We will definitely be back and would contact Alison at PetFriendly Holidays for any future holiday house rentals.
