John Murphy: A good group or family option.Rooms: Clean and bright rooms and living area. Full kitchen.Walkability: Handy to beach and Esplanade shops. Underground parking.
Mandi Butland: Had a ground floor room. Very comfortable open room. Will definitely like to come back.Walkability: Could walk to surf club, the esplanade and the board walk. Very easily.
Stephen Saunders: Great central location, ultra spacious, comfortable room. Well equipped, albeit a little dated. Staff were friendly enough.Walkability: Easy walk up short slight rise to main beach and Cafe strip. Easy level walk to The Wharf, which has a good range of restaurants.
Christine Serafin: Our 12 night stay at Newport Apartments in March surpassed our expectations. Our accommodation was clean, modern & had everything one needed, as well as panoramic views of ocean/ beach. The outdoor pool area was great & walk to beach & esplanade was 3 minutes. Jodie Guse: I stayed here for 1 night and only booked about and hour before arriving but this was not a problem for Becky who was filling in for managers while they were away. The whole place was spotless and the refurbished was great and very modern. Beds and pillows were so comfy. Loved the caravan there for morning coffee and night time cocktails and the outdoor entertaining area was lovely. Special mention to Becky who was run off her feet cleaning and doing drinks and keeping me company. What great hospitality. I will be back 👌
Michael hamilton: My wife and I stayed at this beautiful hotel as a way of inspiration for an apartment that we are furnishing. It was so lovely and stylish! The service was also amazing, we borrowed some of the bikes and went for a bike ride, about 20 mins ride away my wife got a flat tyre, she called the manager who then came to our rescue and drove to us with another bike and took the flat one. We were so grateful to be able to continue our journey on the bikes! We will definitely be back!

Ian Davidson: We stayed here for a couple of nights after five nights camping so it was a very welcome rest to have some basic comforts. The room is tastefully decorated and the bed very comfortable.We enjoyed the pool and outdoor area to read and relax. It’s not clear on the website but this is an old motel converted into high end accommodation and with that comes traffic noise due to the proximity to the main road so there is a limit to how much you can truly relax.Very small gripes are that there is nothing to hold the front door open, no toilet brush and the hot and cold tap in our room was plumbed up back to front.Otherwise a very comfortable stay.

Stacey Martin: is the wine in the mini bar, people who are happy to spend $350 - $450 a night on a stay I think would appreciate/prefer something a little more premium than Fifth Leg or a $11 bottle. I thought the $20 price was very fair but would gladly pay more for something a little nicer. Loved it was an Aussie Wine but I had one glass and couldn't drink anymore.But other than that the place is perfect! We will definitely be back and will be telling everyone to visit...If you would love an amazing young winery to stock I would highly look into the Vinden Headcase by Abgus Vinden would suit LOEA perfectly.

Adrian Cowan: We booked a last minute stay and felt privileged to stay in a top level 2 bedroom unit with fantastic view over Maroochydore, the beach and the river mouth. The unit itself was very spacious and well appointed. We enjoyed the roof top BBQ area and heated spa, as well as the three resort pools/spa on level 2. Wish we were staying for longer.
Grant Crosthwaite: I’m a platinum member with Accor so my experience will be a little different to most. Arrived early but was given access to my suite. I was upgraded to an ocean view suite. Welcome drink for my wife and I was a bottle of sparkling wine. Staff were superb as always. Rooms are lovely and well appointed.

Michael and Eileen Killoran: We stayed 8 nights at Sandcastles in July 2022. The location is amazing - across a lane from the surf club and less than 2 mins walk from the beach. Across the road is the esplanade with heaps of eateries, retail stores and 2 convenience store. Coles is just up the road. The Wharf with SeaLife, more eateries and retail is located behind Sandcastles. The beds are comfortable and the entire apartment well appointed with very good use of space.I loved the balcony nice and big and facing towards the beach. While it could be cold and windy outside , inside we were comfy and cosy. The lifts and trolleys made arrival and departure very easy. The WiFi could be patchy and if pushed the bathroom could be updated but it was very clean and functional.Overall this was a great serviced apartment to stay in. We will be back.

Arun Mukherjee: We have been here twice and love the location, facilities, friendly staff.We spoil ourselves here as we stay at the pricey end of the rooms, which have access to your own upstairs bbq/hot spa bath, and beautiful views.The location gives one the ability to enjoy the beach, restaurants, walks, and all the local points of interest.Good spot to base yourself to explore the area, right up to Noosa and Rainbow beach and the hills inland.
Glenn: Stayed for 6 nights in 3 bedroom superior room with a beautiful picturesque view over the bay and point Cartwright. Beat location with everything at the doorstep. The apartment was clean and modern bathrooms, kitchen. Great balcony with bedroom entrance with own tunnel way I liked that. Pool was awesome at night all lit up in ultra violet blue. The gym had all the equipment to work out and cardio aswell. I’ll definitely return to Landmark.
Christine West: Stunning location, excellent facilities, amazingly friendly staff and just a wonderful experience all round.We stayed in a rooftop one bedroom apartment - the views were phenomenal and having a private terrace with bbq and spa is absolutely amazing. I'd highly recommend this venue as an accommodation option to anyone looking in Mooloolaba. Very clean, amazing views, friendly service and central to everything for a very reasonable price!

Thomas Walton: Had a fantastic week staying at The Point. It has two pools, one with a toilet and hot shower. You can walk to the shops in about 20 minutes comfortably along the board walk which looks out across the water, or get to a beach in 5 minutes. The staff at the front desk were polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and had everything we needed to make ourselves at home. It is fairly quiet aside from some minor road noise. We had a lovely view of the water, you see more from the top apartments but it's all lovely. Would definitely stay again if I visit.Rooms: Rooms were neat and clean.Nearby activities: Beaches and shops nearby.Safety: Area felt very safe.Walkability: Was able to walk into town and to the beach, both of which we did daily.

Luz Rojas: My husband and I were very happy staying at the hotel; it was an economical price for 2 nights and it is very well located, you pass the street and you get to the beach, the room has enough and necessary, the design is old style, but the important thing is the comfort. We stayed in a very nice room where you go out on the balcony directly to the pool that runs through several rooms. Nearby there are places to have breakfast and lunch. We liked it!

Suzanne Fleming: This is a fantastic resort for families. The pools are an absolute delight and 1 is heated, not just a little bit, but properly heated. The kids would find this a dream holiday resort. It is a bit dated, but is clean and tidy. I would definitely come back with my grandchildren but not if I was coming on a romantic weekend with my husband.
THEREE OHHW: Great location and place to stay when visiting Sunny Coast. Really Nice swimming pool and heated water too.Nearby activities: Beach and Alex surf Club across the road. Most eating places in walking distance. Supermarket close. Love it. Local Family are very welcome and can visit. Staff are always Helpful and Friendly. Parking for visitors and guests.
