Nicholas Antuar: USC Pool is a 10 lane-50m pool - great for lunchtime lapping! Friendly staff, clear water and clean change room facilities. The only down side - the water temp can be a little cool at times.

David Johnson: What a gem of a local Council run pool. Great range of pools from bubbs, to juniors and seniors with a diving pool. This centre has numerous interactive fitness classes for you
Anna Gal: Many options for swimming classes for all levels making it possible to find a suitable time for all my 3 kids to attend at the same days and times, which is a great advantage for busy families.The center is having construction work done at the moment which reduces the parking spaces and makes it less atractive option at the moment for casual swimming, but does not affect the regular swimming sessions. This should, however, improve the facilities when the constuction is done, hopefully next year.Unfortunately lately there is very high coaches turnover, which affects the level of coaching and the kids motivation and commitment.

Kate Elliott: but am also aware that lots of smiley people duck in and out of other providers' premises as well. Pleasant, chilled atmosphere.Also, it's a bonus that you can walk to a community garden from it. Also located close to Nurcha cafe and a heap of homewares stores if that's your thing!

The complex also has holds businesses that specialise in martial arts classes, yoga, pilates, float tanks, sports physiotherapy, sports physiologists and much more.If your visiting the coast its also a great place to be as there is accomodation attached and the beach in walking distance with views of the Sunshine Coast professional rowing lakes that of a weekend you can see the rowers in action.This complex is a must if your serious about training and keeping your body in peak performance.This is a very professional hub if your a athlete looking for somewhere to train or if your with disability and need a team to rehabilitate or maintain.I can not further reccomend a better Sports Hub on the Sunshine Coast.

My boys have had a range of teachers, due to moving up levels are all have been very caring, bursting with energy, fun and positive. My kids absolutely lovely going to swimming lessons each week. 😃

He took plenty of time to explain and demonstrate the machines, and was very engaging. This level of service is a true virtue in the changing fortunes of Time. It is an impossibility to find this kind of service, under the same typeof membership in mainstream franchise gymnasiums, without incurring additional costs,, for they are fullof trickery, such as I have experienced. Anthony Reid: Fantastic swimming centre and they are undergoing renovations of the changing rooms so they are nice and fresh, they literally had the Male changing rooms completed within 2 weeks which is in record time with minimal disruption , the staff are amazing and unfortunately have had to put up with complaints from people unhappy their lives are disrupted by the renovations which is silly considering they have to be closed to be renovated.

M S: Great facilities in a lovely setting. Makes you feel like you're on holiday, even when you live here. The swim club tends to monopolize most of the lanes from 4-6pm, which makes it hard to get a swim in after work for the general public. Cafe is a bit pricey.
