daniel barron: Was searching for a new mechanic for my hiace commuter and tried these guys. Did a major service a couple months ago and Zac was really cool. Gave me lots of great tips to keep my van healthy which being a campervan was really important. Had some break issues a few thousand kms after service and Zac got me in early morning and fortunately changed the pads without further damage to rotors. Will recommend to my partner as she will be grateful to see an honest mechanic. Thanks again!

I called Zac at closing time on Wednesday afternoon with an urgent brakes problem, and even though the shop had a busy schedule, they were still able to fit me in on Thursday morning. They got the parts and the problem fixed in time for me to drive it home that afternoon. Zac even offered to come pick me up from my nearby work if I couldn't make it before they shut, but it wasn't required. The team was upfront about the problem, upfront about the cost and they delivered in the time they said. What more could I ask for? Adam Gurnett: I had my Audi Q5 serviced at SVS Autocare the car also needed a new front axel and radiator hose. Found these guys knowledgeable on Audi and had reasonable hourly rates and fair part prices.
Chryophase DJ: Excellent auto expertise regards doing great services, where other garages have said that they are willing to 'have a go',but admit they have no experience with my car brand , being a Bentley does not mean I want it broken in the process of any garage learning what to do in process of service. SVS does not have this approach, having plenty of Porsche experience (I happen to know the 4 door Panameraa is the same car as Bentley under mechanical eye, and SVS know their limitations, of which their garage skills for Bentley GT Continental Flying Spur, I cannot fault them. I found that 1 year after my previous service last year, my car 🚗 drives beautifully, not a single thing seems at fault the whole year, and after today's yearly service I see they used injector cleaner. After driving round the car I noticed the car was definitely more responsive, and driving smoother and more powerful than this morning when I dropped it off. They did various things not as standard with the car's standard service items, but each time they found one of these, they phoned me after noticing an item seeming slightly faulty, but as per each item not on the standard list of service, each time phoned me first to check with me each time to service it, or leave it as it's still within tolerance. If you have a non standard car make on the higher end of quality or a BMW,Merc or the like, I Highly recommend SVS service as they may cost a little more than other garages, but the know their stuff. Excellent quality

Russell: Highly recommended. Jeff and his team are excellent. They do great work, are fairly priced, and take the time to explain what's needed. In working on my car on a couple occasions, Jeff has been upfront and says when work is not truly needed or can be done at lower cost. He also very generously helped me out when my car recently got bogged in a muddy area in town, offering to come out to pull it out and not even asking for any payment. Obviously a very experienced mechanic, and knows and cares both about his work and his customers.

Phill Downey: i have asked the team at AKAutos to look at 3 cars for different things in the last couple of months. They have been terrific to work with, very friendly and professional and show a high degree of technical knowledge about cars in general. My last effort was an emergency fuel system clean for fuel contamination and nothing was a problem as they meticulously went through the system piece by piece to ensure it was all clean, properly treated , re-primed and then startup - run / checked and road tested. Vehicle arrived late on Thursday afternoon by tow truck and fixed by lunch time the next day. Awesome service and very fair pricing in my opinion. Karen and Andy are lovely to deal with.
