Maree White: Everything you could possibly think of for patchwork and hand sewing. Huge variety of fabrics and patterns. The Sashiko threads and fabric was a wonderful find. Break open your piggy bank, it's worth it!

Judy Nichol: The Patchwork Angel stocks a beautiful selection of fabrics, a gorgeous range of patterns and a small selection of haberdashery. The staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and there is parking next to the building. I highly recommend a visit.

Sibylla Visser: These ladies are awesome. When you enter their store you are greeted so welcoming. Nothing is is to difficult , I think for how rated a sewier ! You are. As someone who has used sewing machines since the age of 7 and spent her whole life earning a living sewing. I thinks it’s so great to see that stores like this still exist and still encourage to make sewing fun for everyone. Not to mention the Jonome machine would have to be the best on the market.

But Kimz has made my transition back to learning how to do my patch working great. Their knowledge, willingness to help and kindness has been fantastic, and makes you feel at ease. They were able to help with servicing my machine ready for I started my classes. My advice to anyone wanting to learn how to sew or to get back into sewing after a lengthy time away come see Kim and all her team you'll be glad you did.

Thread, zips, cotton and polyester tape and many many more. Choice was huge. Beautiful cotton Linen dress fabric as well. And cheap panels for quilting. Good prices. Hoping fabric quality will be good when I get to sewing the dresses. Brian was lovely too. Spent more than intended.

Patricia Morgan: I have never learned to sew. I try. Doesn’t always end well but if I need help,, the girls are always there and it seems that they are always there to give advice on how to do it and what material I need to do the job. If I get stuck I can go back and ask either of them. Nothing is too much trouble. They help even if I didn’t buy anything. Best shop on the Coast for good old customer service. Beat that Spotlight!
