He is the best doctor you have at your clinic. You need to realise he isn't even on the brochure, that informs people he is there. This is disappointing. Your website is not able to be used properly. Ask yourself this question. Is this how you would like it to be if you had so many barriers stopping you; from getting support that you need? Because it's not you who is sick this time, it's your children as well. Why aren't we giving humans easy access to something that should be easy? My Perception is that it's hard for people who already come here feeling very confused and scared.So you need to do the action. Make the thing that makes your clinic special and give him the gratitude he deserves. Christine Anne Matias: Telephone appointments with Dr Leanne Francis is so convenient for myself as My hubby and I are travelling in Qld and I am able to have my long term medication sent to the nearest chemist to where we are at the time of phone appointment.This gives us the chance to travel far and wide without any medication worries.It is as close to a personal appointment in the surgery as you can have with Dr Leanne.Thank you so much 😊

I would have to say that their wait times are the lowest I have experienced, the doctors are nearly always running on time. Reception ladies are friendly and helpful. I couldn't see my usual doctor but I was very happy with the new one that I saw.

Miss U Wright: Moving permanently interstate is far less worrying then the anxiety of trying to find an excellent GP who is compassionate and genuinely helpful and kind by accepting new patients with a history of medical significance, transferring records and making new referral connections.However, I was so blessed to find Dr Yoko Yamauchi and this wonderful surgery of caring staff and other skilled doctors. Every interaction with appointments and staff are met with kindness and friendliness and you are never treated like you are an inconvenience, which is such a rarity. Dr/Sensei Yoko Yamauchi is absolutely marvellous. Gentle, caring, knowledgeable, kind, patient and genuinely interested in her patients wellness, Dr Yoko has a presence of calmness, kindness, interest and professionalism which I find very comforting. I couldn’t possibly find or ask for a better female GP than Dr/Sensei Yoko and am full of gratitude and reassurance for having been so fortunate to find her. You want to work harder at being healthier because Yoko Sensei is investing her genuine interest, time and energy into you and that is what it is all about - “wellness” and a contract of mutual respect, working “with” your doctor and not being dismissive of new approaches and ideas for your own improvement.My husband sees Dr Yasser and I have had appointments with Dr Yasser when Dr Yamauchi has been away or at another surgery. Likewise, we both find Dr Yasser the same as Dr Yoko, a very kind, gentle, knowledgeable, calming, professional and understanding doctor as well. My husband speaks very highly of Dr Yasser too and feels “heard” for a chronic health condition. Two wonderful doctors in the same surgery. How is that possible!And of no less importance are the medical receptionists and nurses who are the glue that hold this great surgery together and are responsible for its success by creating a high standard of work ethics and professionalism but with an ambience of a staff that work like the familiarity of family. Whatever the ingredients in this recipe please never alter them 🙏🏼We both feel so very fortunate to have found both doctors and surgery staff after moving to this area only 13 months ago.Thank you everyone at Lifetime Health Medical Centre.
