Paula Lyall: The eye exam at Oscar Wylee was thorough but relatively quick, the optometrist explained what was happening with my eyes in a way that was easy to understand & recommended a plan moving forward to help with the issues I’d been experiencing. After explaining a bit of my history it was suggested that I have another test done when collecting my glasses which isn’t part of a regular exam but will be good to record a baseline. The exam & the additional test are all bulk billed so no out of pocket fees & the choice of frames to choose from is extensive. Help was on hand to help me choose some frames that were the best size & fit for my small face, with lots of 'petite' options. Overall I felt like I was in very safe hands at Oscar Wylee Sunshine Plaza & I’m looking forward to receiving my new glasses.

My wonderful 5y/o decided to 'help' me by cleaning my lens case, leaving a thick residue of soap inside that I didn't pick up until the next morning when my lenses were destroyed 😮 We were on holiday and I'd foolishly forgotten to pack a spare pair of lenses. The wonderful reception staff and the highly competent optomotry staff were so HUMAN in their response to my dilemma. Even though they knew I was from out of town and wasn't likely to be repeat business, I was treated with an exceptional level of care. The testing was above the norm - detailed and rigorous care to make sure my prescription was still current. They also made sure I was able to leave the appointment with a solution to my problem. I am so thankful for their care and attention to detail. Wonderful work ladies!

I needed an eye check for my drivers licence and found Davey & Associates on the web and had the good fortune to have Tanya test my eyes. So kind, so helpful, and so totally professional. Since my husband had come with me he too fell under the spell of this perfectly lovely office and promptly ordered some new transitional glasses. Here we were lucky again and were well looked after with Karen, Bev and Holly. They suggested some really classy frames, tested his eyes, arranged everything and a week later, hey presto new glasses arrived. There is a lovely warmth and genuine interest in providing the best possible customer service from this provider and the team. Frankly we would never go elsewhere again. Bev put it in a nutshell - she remarked they like everybody to "feel like family" and she was just so oh right! Thank you Tanya, Karen, Bev and Holly!!!

Simon and Kerrie Green: It's amazing the difference it makes when you go to a competent optometrist who actually takes the time to perfect your prescription.For the first time in at least 40 years I'm actually able to see well with my specs on and it's such a relief. My previous prescription was out by more than 1 dioptre and no-one else took the time or trouble to correct this.I would recommend that anyone who wants an accurate prescription should go to Medispecs at Mountain Creek.

Art by Mieke: needed glasses and finding her vision was still not 100% after changing the lenses, Zahn dug deeper and did more testing to get to the bottom of it. She discovered a more complex condition and my youngest will be doing specialised training for her brain to be able to 100%. Very happy with the persistence and thoroughness of the tests until she found what the issue was. Can't recommend them highly enough.

shaye: I’ve worn glasses for around 17 years give or take. I got my first pair from Optukus a few months ago & they are by far the best prescription glasses I’ve had. The optometrist was thorough & made me feel comfortable. At no point did anyone try to up sell or pressure me into paying for something I didn’t need. In the end I recieved a better quality product for a comparable price to budget retailers such as spec savers. After experiencing the difference a higher quality lense makes I will definitely be coming back

Nature's Forge: So incredibly grateful to the staff at Sippy Downs. Somehow I got a fleck of metal in my eye while hanging out washing. They were able to shuffle things around so that I could be seen within a few hours. The staff were incredibly friendly and thorough and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. faye perdikis: I have suffered over 3 yrs with meibomian gland dysfunction after cataract surgery. My quality of life was at an all time low. Dr leo hartley listened to my story and worked with me to address improving my glands function.Nothing was too much trouble even looking into various prescriptions not yet easily available in Australia.All the staff were very caring and empathic towards my situation as i was in a very fragile and emotional state.Mark Hartley helped me with my moisture chamber glasses that previously didnt fit correctly. That has also made a big difference to my comfort levels while outside or in air conditioning. I cant thank him enough.I highly recommend h2vision centre.
