Kat Smith: I do not shop often and do not love to shop but the ladies at this store make shopping a pleasure. On both occasions I've screamed in at the last minute on a weekend, calling ahead to tell them my guesstimate size, and complicated needs due to illness and disability and I've arrived with a range of dresses waiting for me to try on. I end up always leaving with something I'm happy with and happy with the price and overall experience. Assistants really know their work, are friendly but not overpowering and take on all concerns with incredible skill in finding something suitable. Could not recommend them more highly

She was extremely helpful, not pushy at all & even steamed my dress for me before I left with it because it was a little creased. I ended up with a new dress that just came in & bra I never really intended on trying. Very pleased with City Chic & especially the lady who served me!

She was absolutely amazing with helping me decide which dress to wear, I ended up purchasing my whole outfit - dress, shoes, clutch - I walked out ready for the day.Neiche is a superstar and an asset to the company. There isn’t many places you walk into these days that have the friendly customer service I had today at Forever New.
Yazmin Ryan: 100% recommend forever new at the plaza. The girl who served me Neiche was so lovely. After having a bad experience at another store, she couldn’t of been more helpful. With helping me with sizing, getting a change room ready, to ordering my size with free express shipping. Loved shopping here and will definitely be back
