Mark Southwell: Our first visit was excellent with a good menu with reasonable prices and the food is really superb.Second visit wasn't as superb, as we had a big group and this venue is more suited to smaller groups.Have been back twice since and that show that we really do enjoy this venue, their food and particularly the staff!Vegetarian options: I had the Pickled Beetroot Salad and it was EXCELLENT.Insert best Keanu Reeves impersonation.

Roger Brady: Personal and friendly, we have always enjoyed eating at this restaurant. It used to be Ba Vigo and now it is Local Flow but the experience is the same. Well done to Louise and Nick for what must be some of the tastiest food on the Coast. We tend to concentrate on our favourites, of course, but they are always adding yummy extras that we will try next time. The flavours are simply the best: I’d like to give then 7 stars!

Brian Chapple: Our group of six had lunch here today and we were well looked after indeed! The restaurant has wonderful atmosphere and the staff are very friendly and efficient, even joining in on our table’s friendly banter. The food was the main attraction obviously and none of us were disappointed; each dish was plentiful in food and cooked to perfection. It was a joy to dine here, no doubt we’ll be back!

All the staff seem to genuinely enjoy their job and this is so refreshing to see! Food is always delicious, particularly the chips - yum!! I highly recommend the mandarin panna cotta for dessert 😉Unfortunately there was a very large group dining at the same time so there was a delay between entree and main service and the restaurant can get very noisy.Overall, the staff were very attentive and our experience was a good one.
