Jeff J: This is a great historical site to go out into the bush and see.From the Mooloolah side, it’s a 3 km return from the gate, so it’s an easy walk a little tiny rise at the beginning and then nice and flat for the rest.You walking through Australian bush eucalyptus and other species.The tunnel itself is around 100 m long I guess, when you first walk in it’s very dark so take your torch or at least your phone.If it’s been raining a lot one end is often a little wet but it dries out in the middle.Acoustics are just extraordinary take a musical instrument or do a little bit of singing.The track goes all the way through Landsborough about 6K one way.Great for bikes and bushwalking.

Karla “Queen Vadelle”: Nice light walk and kid friendly. Not too far to cafe Mooloolah at the other end... also a nice place to stop for a refresher. It was busy so recommend early walk... hope you enjoy it as much as I did!!

Priscilla Keating: Easy walk, not real scenic on the way to the tunnel, however we just did the walk to the tunnel and back. Would love to do the circuit one day soon. Pretty cool inside the tunnel though, worth it.

Freddy H: Nice, easy walk. Recommend good walking shoes as quite a bit of mud. The tunnel was fantastic to see and not far from the car park. Bring a torch to look at some bats. Highly recommend taking the time to see this historic tunnel.

Diane Squibb: Lovely bush/rainforest walk which took approximately 20 minutes from Carpark. Tunnel was a cooling reprieve on a very warm day.Would recommend taking water, hat and good walking shoes.
