Gillian Gilbert-wood: I bought a second hand Foley tank that was very old and the outlet had corroded. The guy there explained in detail how to fix it, gave me the right parts and put up with a ridiculous number of questions with a smile on his face after charging me a very small sum.This is a company more interested in doing the right thing and giving great after sales service than making a profit. I cannot give them a better recommendation as the stars only go to 5. Thanks.

NDWGONZO I: We have had the pool for six years now and it's been fantastic. I am not sure if this was one of their first pools produced, but we did experience a couple of issues with grout. What the cause was I am not sure, but the after sales service was second to none. No excuses offered or this is the first time this has ever happened". When can we come down and fix the problem was the response. Also the oringinal LED light failed after a number of years. I enquired about a replacement light. Jarrod sent down a new light free of charge. What a refreshing change, a company standing by their products. Highly recommended. And yes they regrouted the pool, fantastic!

Jeremy and Cassandra Turnbull: I have visited Aquapower on a number of occasions and have always found the staff to be helpful and knowledgeable and have left the store with the bits and pieces needed to sort out my issues. Aquapower have provided advice on my pool and over the years have replaced my pump and filter and more recently recommended a Dolphin which I must say does a fabulous job of keeping the pool clean and the water crystal clear as it leaves the skimmer box to do its job whilst gently scrubbing the bottom and sides of the pool. I have also purchased a basin pump out unit and have had Auapower install an irrigation system in the yard. Great service and good sound advice. I recommend a visit.
