Robert Cobb: into a little art studio. We had spent a lot of time prior trying to find and then coordinate the removal of its old and damaged asbestos roof. We nearly gave up thinking maybe the job was too small to be worthwhile for roofing companies busy with bigger projects. Signature Roofing literally saved the old building from being demolished.Signature Roofing does it all, from organising the removal and follow inspection to ensuring all work meets legal requirements. The skip bin and electrician were sorted and ready for the job before it commenced. When it looked like the job might halt due to a few rotting beams, replacements were seamlessly added to the workflow. You can see from the photos that we still need to replace the facia boards, which separate from the roofing, which the SR team have even assisted by recommending a carpenter.During the course of the project we were regularly contacted and updated. It was reassuring when you not in the least knowledgeable about building matters, so it was peace of mind. The workers were friendly and answered any questions we had. No mess left behind either. The end result of the re-screwing of my metal roof followed by the clean and mould treatment and then the complete areas repainted is simply amazing. Daryl Saxon: we visited the property to view progress and were so impressed with what we observed we only went back for the final inspection.Our second occasion was our residential property and due to having pets we were not comfortable with having them in kennels so we stayed in the property while they did internal / external painting.Again the workmanship was amazing and nothing was too much trouble considering they had to move pot plants, furniture, artwork and a whole range of things that people acquire in their homes.One thing we did appreciate was that they were always happy to answer our questions and provide advice on colours and possible impact if we made the wrong decision.Work time was 06:30 to 2:00 which meant early rises but the finished job was excellent so no complaining.The information provided with the quote to paint the property right down to the type of paint and how many coats it would take for each section was also very helpful.Overall we were very satisfied with the whole project and can safely recommend Prestige Home Restorations for your next paint job.Services:Interior painting,Exterior painting
