Stephen Ozoux: . Unfortunately when the car was detailed after sale it was discovered the car had been in an accident and the entire front right fender had been resprayed. Not usually a problem however on closer inspection the fender, hood and front clip had been removed from the car and was not refitted straight, the gaps around these three parts do not line up well which is not good on a white car. The fender is actually still bent where it bolts to the chassis which indicates a poor repair. All of this can be repaired however it will be an unexpected out of pocket cost to myself, moral of the story, get an independent check of the car your interested in done, so you don’t end up with a nasty surprise like myself. For the record Tim advised me he was not aware the car had been in an accident, which I do believe, if it were me though I would be having words with wherever the vehicle came from for not disclosing such information.

Tim @Responsible Choice: After looking around for months for an appropriate car for my family of 6 I finally came upon what looked to be a suitable one with Tim at Henderson Cars. I have to say I was a bit hesitant after going to various big dealerships with my trade-in and have them make me feel like I was a mouse and they were snakes. Two-faced, say one thing then the opposite, lie to your face and pressure you with nonsense classics like "Yeah, well, I have a lady coming to look at it later today, so you better be quick..."I needn't have worried. Tim is a rare dealer in that he is a real person; someone who has been doing the do long enough to know how to do it right, with zero deception, BS or pressure tactics. I deal with enough people to know who has an agenda and who doesn't. Tim just wants you to buy the right car so you leave happy and you'll spread the word. He even fixed a chip in the $1000 windscreen that I didn't even notice. Who does that these days? Tim does. That's why I bought my car from him. Prompt communication, nice cars and a friendly vibe to boot. I highly recommend checking out his range if you are legitimately interested in buying a quality 2nd hand vehicle, and suggest you ignore the odd keyboard warrior talking trash and see for yourself. Or go and swim with the sharks and get eyeballed by the snakes somewhere else instead... A+++

I drove away with a Volvo XC40 in under 3 months which in this current market all other major brands were 6 - 9 months. The car was only a little more in price than other major brand cars & exceeded the quality and features by far of other brands in the same price range.
