Billy Quinlan: Excellent experience at CCN. Sauna, float and then a massage. A great recovery package at an amazing price. The staff were absolute professionals, Simon was fantastic explaining everything and Dan was a wizard with the deep tissue massage. Facilities were clean and new and made the whole recovery experience feel very relaxing. Will be doing this every 2 months now for sure.
Synda Turnbull: What an absolutely incredible experience. From the moment you enter it’s a relaxing experience that transports you to a world of relaxation. I wasn’t even sure about the floating but it was so good I didn’t want to get out!

Love the floatation therapy and I had my first remedial massage with Melinda today which was amazing. Highly recommend all treatments. The staff are very welcoming too.
