jeanette: Following two traumatic at home cpap trials after being diagnosed with moderate sleep apnea, I vowed to never again have anything to do with cpap machines! However, whilst investigating alternative treatments,I attended a consultation at Dusk till Dawn Sleep Centre, Tewantin where I received empathy, understanding and a detailed explanation as to how I could experience a comfortable cpap trial by following a comprehensively personalised programme with 24/7 support and guidance. Inspired with confidence and fresh hope, I embarked on a further cpap at home trial under the care of D.t..D.,trying out various types and sizes of masks and attachments. Within a short space of time, insomnia vanished, energy levels skyrocketed and motivation and clarity of mind returned to a level of 35 y ears ago. Friends and Family are amazed at the transformation. My cpap machine has become my new Best Friend. Thankyou Dusk til Dawn.You have given me a new lease of life at 82 years young! P.S. I wonder how many senior citizens are in the care of nursing homes as a result of undiagnosed, untreated sleep apnea? 20.1.2022.

Terry Kennedy: Attended Maroochydore Store to purchase an Air Mini and battery for upcoming overseas travel. Served by Ainslie H who was very professional and friendly. Fully explained the machine and battery and then assisted to download the app to my phone and entered all the required information for me. Got the machine and battery and explained how to connect each and actually showed me how to connect them and the mask. It was an pleasure to be served by Ainslie and would totally re commend the service.
Rhyl Knight: comment some of the staff are very rude and the staff member who sold us a new product had to keep asking other staff members as he had no idea about anything. New CPAP hopeless even the hospital are trying to get information from them.can not even get a read from the card.Just had a call from Bryce regarding our problems he has gone all out to rectify the problems with the CPAP machine. Best service we have had in many years and also apologised for the problems we have had previously. Don’t ever hesitate to contact directly I wish we had don’t it earlier. Thank you for all your help.
Debbie Shaw: I asked for what I needed and had previously puchased. Over three times the sales assistant asked me and I even held out my phone and she read it out P30i small starter kit. She handed me a starter kit, an eftpos receipt only, said goodbye and started talking to another sales assistant. I drove the half hour home and then found she had given me the wrong starter kit. Two calls diverted to an answering service that says I will be called back ASAP and no call back.
Robert Jarvis: Trying to contact Maroochydore - Poor phone service. Rang only to be told, must leave a message and they will ring back. Never rang back. I rang back again and was told the same message. I advised the person on the phone I have been waiting 2 days for a reply, I can only take a messageApparently, another organisation takes the messages and passes them on. Once CPAP found out about the issue they responded quickly to resolve
