When waiting to be seated, a lady who came before me and on her way out whispering to me … “It is good!!!”.And she was right! A great and tasty Japanese food. Good ambience with attention to detail. Jay Dee: Extremely friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere. The ramen was good, however I highly recommend the wagyu beef. The beef was so tender and came with mashed potato and salad leaves. Would definitely come back for this dish again.

Suzie Lee: . The Tonkotsu ramen was cooked perfectly and loaded with a generous serving of chashu in a rich tasty broth and we loved the kimchi pork soup. The prices are very reasonable and the staff are very friendly.
Douglas White: Tampopo kitchen, blew my mind with their customer service today. I stopped in and ordered lunch for takeaway, when I got back to work I realised I had the wrong meal, so I called to let them know. Without hesitation they offered to replace my meal with correct meal and delivered it to the office. I can’t thank them enough and the meal was great. Thank you

I gave them the cake before-hand and made it xtra special by turning off the lights and playing a birthday song with candles. my dad loved it! gave some cake to the staff since they were so kind, and they were very thankful. I would come here anytime, any day!! thanks for the great night :

DO MY: Never disappointed when choosing SOKA to dine in. Such a nice cozy place with an open kitchen setting where guests can observe what’s happening, especially when Winter is coming, indeed a little bit of charcoal hint gives SOKA a special vibe.The match tiramisu was on point, not to sweet, or too bitter, all element was combined and creates such a special flavour.The Sando and Kingfish sashimi is a MUST to try!!! Just a little feedback on grilled prawns as every time we ordered, half of the prawns was not so fresh. Hopefully, the dish will be checked more carefully before being sent out.Thanks chefs for you all hard work!

I honestly would put this restaurant at the tippy top pinnace position of no1. easiest the gold standard for service, quality & traditional ingredients which cater 100% to gluten free menu items (as it should be - makes no sense why other Japanese sushi places don't adhere to strict rice / potato starch flours for karrage tempura & tamari sauce safe options for all. Never need to ask never need to worry absolutely thrilled to know what I am eating is prepared fresh, with professionalism and care. Never raved so hard about sushi before this review. Sushi Wave you are a notch above the rest.

We've found our new favourite Sunny Coast takeaway. Boy can these guys cook! The beef udon broth was incredibly well balanced and finessed in flavour. The chicken was bang on freekin' kickin' in flavour! Just go and try for yourself ♡
