HollaPinos: I had Overland 4WD put a lifted suspension kit in my Prado Kakadu using Dobinson front struts and shocks all round with Airbag man airbags in the rear. I live in Brisbane suburbs but went to them for good reason. They had done several Kakadu’s before so I was confident that they can do this difficult job. Most other places would not touch the Kakadu due to possible difficulties with the one in a hundred install going wrong. Well as it turned out mine was the one in a hundred that went terrible wrong. The rear drivers side just kept dropping down and no matter what they tried it would not correct itself. After 16 hours of work they finally got the suspension to work. My hat goes off to them as I have herd horror stories of Kakadu’s spending weeks with people trying to level them when this happens. Their experience, patience and sheer determination paid off. They eventually found the solution that worked. Even though they spent an extra 8 hours over what was quoted I was only charged an extra 2. I can live with that knowing how hard they worked to resolve the issue that was beyond their control. If you have a Kakadu, I think you would be out of luck. I don’t expect they will ever touch another one after mine.I can only give high praise for their efforts and quality of work. Well worth getting Overland 4WD to work on your beloved 4WD.

Alison Dorrell: Thanks Steve, Denise and the team for saving our bacon. I drove our 4wd plus rooftop tent into the underground Coles carpark at Mooloolaba - there are no warning bars or height indicators so I got through fine but took the tent off further in, wrecking the Rhino fittings. Steve and the team sorted everything and Denise dropped us off and picked us up from Alexandra Headland when they were finished with the ute. Thanks guys!
