John: Saturday lunch so not busy. Nice location with outlook onto large lawn and palm backdrop. Nice ambience in a modern setting- efficient and pleasant service. Food was very good. Fusion of Sri Lankan spice and modern Aussie cuisine. I had the fish curry with the usual snapper swapped out for barramundi- I have had terrible barra in restaurants but this was superbly cooked and a good compliment to the mild creamy curry sauce. Overall a very pleasant experience 😊Wheelchair accessibility: Easy one-level access
Jade Diamond: A quiet and quaint little experience at Alba, I love that there’s some real kick of spice in some dishes but most are a contemporary take on Peter’s home country or Sri Lanka.If you’re looking for authentic Sri Lankan food, go to Sunnybank or travel to Sri Lanka. If you’re looking for an elegant dining experience with kind authentic service and a taste of Peters home, then this is the place.Love this community restaurant.It’s been a while since our visit but we’ll be back soon Peter & Karen.Lots of the love the girls.

Dash Withnall: Great location, great food and good service.Me and my family were on vacation and decided to have dinner here. I can say the fish n chips were great. I could tell my family was enjoying it too. The service was slow but in that time we had fun playing cards called UNO . Me and my family enjoyed it so much we went the following morning to have brekky.The crepes were superb. You couldn’t improve them any better. The guy who serves them is nice and casual and happy to serve you. I recommend for brekky that the hash browns should be a bit bigger.Overall the food was great, the people were great, and the location suits it .

Amanda Braun: My hubby and I had dinner here on 17 June 2023 and we would highly recommend. Absolutely loved all aspects of the evening. The service was attentive and very friendly. The food was outstanding. For Entree- we had smoked beets and the butterflied grilled prawns. Both flavour sensations. For Main - the gnocchi and the duck. The gnocchi was so soft and fluffy and the sauce of farm mushrooms, leek, roasted corn and pecorino was incredible and I would definitely order again. My hubby loved the crispy skin duck. Good size serves too. We also ordered the side - grilled broccolini with smoked labneh - yum! We cant wait to come here again.
Grant Lewers: Went for lunch on the weekend at Noosa Beach House Restaurant. We kicked off with Coffin Bay oysters and champagne.The beetroot salad was next level, smoky and fresh. Found out it’s smoked in a wood smoker for ages - 10/10! The fennel & goat’s curd really made it pop.The chicken breast with leek was tasty, gave it an 8/10. Should have ordered the side of chat potatoes, though.Dessert was white chocolate & yogurt mousse with honey, citrus, and macadamia. Absolutely amazing - 9/10.The Chef Bret Cameron used to work at one of our fave spots in Byron, big on the local and organic produce etcService was 10/10 you can't fault it. Location is Hastings st Noosa so you would expect expensive, but we had the set lunch 3 courses and included a glass of champagne for $59. We added oysters.Sat outside as it was a nice day. Overall, this place is a solid 9/10!
Sergio Arellano: . The food was heaven: starting in the bar with anchoas skewers and finishing in the restaurant under the attention of PJ, manager. The food was excellent. We had octopus to start with..... Nice charcoally taste and texture. My partner had the duck: cooked to perfection.... Not chewy and tasty. I had the best swordfish in a decade... Tender tasty and full of flavour.We continued with Remon filling our glasses with precious wines.Good laughs and better food.The attention to detail was sublime.I really enjoyed it.I will come back to because the food was great and the people were better.
Nat320: This was an absolute delight! From fabulous customer experience to scrumptious food to warm us up on a rainy evening. My friend and I shared the lamb which is more than enough for 2, we even left some because we were stuffed. I had some beautiful oysters and she had the octopus which she loved. The pineapple based desert was absolutely divine. We would definitely be back.

Simi Sim: What a steak!!!!!! Black Angus eye fillet…. Absolutely stunning!! Everything was amazingly cooked to perfection. Flavours meld together beautifully, nothing too overpowering, just beautifully balanced. Service was impeccable and all the food arrived hot and fresh. Haven’t been for years and the consistency is still top notch. Worth every penny for such a joyous experience. Thank you 🙏
Caroline Elliott: Rock Salt is a wonderful dining experience that, in over ten year's has never let us down.The quality of the food is outstanding, and the service is friendly but unobtrusive.They also allow BYO for those of us that cellar our own wine and don't appreciate 400% mark up on cheap wine. Happy to pay corkage.I would recommend Rock Salt to anyone.
yvette kraay: Stewart the chef and staff are amazing , we have grown to know the staff as we loved the food so much it became our regular . food is spot on every time no matter what you're craving its hard to deviate from your go too ....but when you do its first class . not sure what the magic is .....but it must start right from supplier to prep to the cooking and then the service . well done guys I'm sure its not easy constantly dishing up such consistency every time ! its no surprise you have such a dedicated local following .

Second time I had roast duck. Somewhat disappointing. Very tough. If you love duck give this one a miss. Anything else on the menu go for it. Overall great service delicious food. Enjoy.
