Trent Dean: Had ordered 2 motorbikes but had an unexpected serious health issue so was unable to go through with purchase, all the staff were excellent and were only thinking of my wellbeing and refunded the deposit straight away. Will definetly be going back when health improves
Aaron Gibson: Being new to road motorcycles, I just purchased a Ducati from Sunstate motorcycles and the whole experience was great. Not only were they not pushy but they also took their time to explain everything about the bike and all of the accessories and options I purchased at the same time including helmet, jacket, boots, gloves and cover. 5 stars alone due to great customer service, recommendations and prices to match. I would highly recommend Sunstate to anyone.

I was concerned, but I was quickly made to feel at ease.The entire team were so welcoming, and confirmed the machine was in the right hands, especially when the mechanics were trained to work on this very machine!The effort, care and dedication the team put into caring for my RC8C was simply amazing, even noting concerns and putting the items through warranty.I was kept up to date at all times and was never made to feel like a burden. Due to the rarity of the machine, it was also secured safely, being covered at all times in the official KTM motorcycle cover.They will defiantly be my go-to from here on out, especially because I don't have to go near Brisbane city, whom when I rang them had no idea what bike I was talking about. I am glad I found this amazing team.I cannot thank the entire team enough, from front of house, parts, service and sales, the small yet effective and efficient team had their finger on the pulse at all times.

I had a part off my bike that was aftermarket that had broken and I couldn’t re order so he suggested seeing the boys at Moto1 to see what they could do, mind you ive never been a customer there before, and David one of the mechanics listened and helped me out without hesitation, gave me a part I needed free of charge and saved me a heap of money and helped me out with no real obligation too what so ever. Andy Smith: These guys are fantastic. I came in with an undiagnosed rattling engine noise that seemed to decrease when the bike warmed up. I thought I was in for an expensive whole day valve adjustment job. But after test riding the bike the mechanic desided to let the bike cool down for about two hours. And, as expected the noise was back. The mechanic immediately diagnosed a cam chain tensioner fault. Fifteen minutes later the part was changed and the noise gone. Great work guys!
Michael Smith: Had to get the top end done on my son's bikes. Rang up thinking I would have to knock off work early to drop them off as i live at the other end of the coast. They offered to pick them up the following arvo and even dropped them back the next arvo. Great service.

Shroomy: .With that out of the way it came down to arranging delivery interstate, in the week between Christmas and New Years so you'd think that would be a nightmare but apparently not.The guys at Road Hog Transport had the bike collected in no time and it was delivered before lunch the same day it left Queensland.The bike itself was sight unseen and without papers as is usual with an interstate purchase, but a quick trip to the local mechanic and she passed safety check without a hitch, as they assured me it would.Just to really show these folks know their customer service I had to give them a call for some extra paperwork while I was at Service NSW and they had it back to me in no time at all.Can't imagine ever parting with this bike but if I do, her replacement will be bought through Mick and the team.Top work folks! Thanks again 👍👍

Janelle spent an hour between other customers trying to find my purchase in their system to enable me to make a claim. Luckily my wife found a reciept as well. Matt Graham: I went to view a bike and decided to purchase and the team at Team Moto had the bike ready by 11am the next day. Discovered an issue with the bike and returned to Team Moto. Without hesitation the Sales Manager, Mick, offered to rectify the issue at no cost, on the same day and gave me a loan bike in the meantime. Buying a bike with a fault is never ideal but a 10 year old bike is likely to have something. The speed at which this issue was sorted and without any debating or bargaining, together with the initial sales experience has Team Moto Kawasaki on Maroochydore Road fully deserving of a 5 star review. She made time for during a busy rush at the shop to help me get fully kitted out for everything as I am a completely new rider. I then went to the amazing Jenelle who set me up with my bike gear. she was above and beyond helpful with everything even though I am the most difficult person in the world when it comes to making decisions she was patient and offered up really good advice, which made my choices easier. she defiantly needs a promotion after putting up with me but was over incredibly helpful.p.s. i hope Jenelle like her chicken nuggets 😂
