Broken Soldier: I had to return an item back to Skin Thing due to a manufacturing defect. The unfortunate reality is that a lot of businesses don't stand behind their products or customers and I expected some push back. I was mightily surprised that it was not only a non-hassle, but an enjoyable experience to meet Anthony the Son of the former owner and have a good chat. It's great to see an iconic local business that deals in quality goods stay in the family and continue providing rare Aussie made goods on the Sunny Coast. It's also good to know that if by mischance something is not up to standard these guys don't hesitate to rectify it. Will not hesitate to go back or recommend.
