I am really pleased I did, the quality of service and genuine knowledge of the staff is next to none and is far above others in the local precinct. Pricing is comparable and the range is excellent. Management are courteous and friendly.

Hey Management: The place was amazing, I loved the customer service and wide variety of accessories and camera gear. I was greeted by Taj he was really helpful with his knowledge, something you don't see a lot anymore. Definitely will be coming back again.

Donna Burt: Friendly, caring service from everyone I dealt with over a few visits. Interested in what I actually want from a camera moreso than what they'd like or think I should have. Then very good with price matching on the body which I bought there - That was about closing time so now waiting to see if they can help me with lenses.Update: never returned my calls or email about lenses & batteries. Instore help had been great but not interested unless you are standing in front of them even though I said I was happy to come in but just wanted to check on stock before making the trip. Was told "that's ok I'll ring you to pay over ph" but never did, not even a reply to say "sorry no luck" just left me waiting around until 2 days later I decided to buy lenses, batteries and charger elsewhere. Feeling a little let down after such a great start. It's all about communication.

Lauren Hughes: Thanks to Owen for taking our last minute booking for 3 people tonight. It was a very clear night and all had a great experience with Owen showing us a real assortment of things in the night sky through 3 different telescopes. His passion and knowledge is very impressive and made for an interesting night. Do recommend!

Tim McDowell: A wonderful experience. Thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Owen is a wealth of knowledge and his passion is infectious.
Jared Strapp: A unique, entertaining and educational experience for the family. Probably better for the 10+ age groups as young kids will probably be a bit bored.Also, even though the night sessions supposedly start at 6.30, you'll miss out on stuff if you don't arrive at least half hour before, and if you arrive at 6.30 you'll be told that you're late by the eccentric owner, who is the same bloke who told you the session start time in the first place... Very odd, but worth the visit nonetheless.

Millie Xing (Music together Yep): This was an incredibly amazing experience! Lainie and Adrian were very patient with us and explained everything thoroughly, their knowledge and passion is just mind-blowing. Highly recommend for every age, very personal and educational experience. On a clear night could clearly see the Milky Way spanning across the night sky with limited light pollution there, absolutely wonderful. Southern Cross is very clear and can see many constellations.
J Baby: Laine and Adrian were amazing, unfortunately it was a relatively cloudy night so we weren’t able to see much. They gave us the option on if we wanted to go ahead or if we wanted to reschedule, due to my parents availability we decided to just go through with our booking knowing the likelihood of us seeing anything was relatively low. Adrian sat us down and showed us as much as he could, we came away from the experience with knew knowledge and keen for another try.
