Standout content and easily the best Chef instructor Simon, we all had a blast that day!Standouts were a whole crispy fish with chilli tamarind sauce and perhaps the Worlds BEST Red Curry Paste that will keep the Earth spinning. Will definately return next time in QLD10/10!

Mike Zatorski: For a long time I have heard many good things about AFT and Nathan, but the course, the instructor, the staff and the infrastructure far exceeded my expectations. Nathan not only knows the subjects inside out but also delivers the classes in the most dynamic and fun way I have ever experienced. The classroom has an excellent infrastructure with several big TVs to easily follow the content, and enough aviation memorabilia around the walls to classify it as an aviation museum! Clean kitchens, toilets, a pilot shop and a wonderful sunbathed outside area overlooking the runway and flight line just add to the experience and excellent infrastructure.I highly recommend AFT to any aviation student needing to get through ATPL theory. Nathan will get you through!

Jenny Rock: As a complete novice to sailing, I was privileged & lucky enough to undertake the 5 day competent crew course with skipper Peter, whose nautical expertise & knowledge is substantial. He was very generous & forthcoming in sharing his knowledge and didn’t just do the box ticking required for the qualification, but shared what he knew was practically important.I got above and beyond particularly because 2 participants were doing the day skipper training and the other one had extensive experience on the water. The day skipper participants had specifically booked back with Peter again having been so impressed on the first course.Additionally to his sailing knowledge, he did a great job of putting us all at ease & remained on a consistently ‘even keel’ with our mistakes, never getting narky or judgemental despite it being a non stop 24/7 job, thereby instilling confidence, and was very forthcoming & patient in response to our endless questions. Although he is a very down to earth person, he was also quietly & unobtrusively sensitive to people’s needs.In booking this course, some extraneous factors arose that might have compromised it for me, but Dave, the owner of the business, went out of his way to reshuffle things to make it possible & came through with an extremely generous compensatory offer to let me crew on the next course, to consolidate my learning. So I get to do it all again with Peter & even more experienced participants!And hopefully get to have Pete’s yummy potato salad with even better mayonnaise.I’ve heard that Ronnie, another trainer at Sunshine Sailing, is also exceptional.PS don’t know much about boats but loved this one and was very comfortable in it.
