I took a Holden Cruze that I had just purchased for my daughter to have a transmission noise investigated while the car was still under warranty. It was found that the transmission needed to be replaced but there was an issue finding a working replacement. Terry dealt with the warranty company and car yard on my behalf the whole way over the course of 3 months and successfully got them to agree to letting him re-condition the original one and I am so happy with the work he did, it drives like a new car!Most places would have put it in the too hard basket, given up and turned me away but despite this costing him a LOT more in time and effort than he was paid for, Terry got my girl’s car on the road again. I can’t even begin to thank him enough for this incredible effort!Terry and the guys are the most honest, respectful and hard-working mechanics I’ve ever come across and it’s very obvious they take a very high pride in the work they do.
