Fraser Todd: From my experience, my broker and i were having problems with getting westpac to settle my land. But with the help of Rowan he had contacted the settlements team himself to push even more to get things sorted within a matter of 2 days. I cant thank him enough for helping me and he shows true customer satisfaction support. would highly recommend this branch and especially rowan

Laurence .De Conto: I have been extremely let down by the current bank manager Matt Wall. Tried to open a business bank account and after 10 days still nothing had been done. All my calls, texts and emails had been ignored and I went into the branch for an appointment absolutely furious.. thankfully Rowan Clemitson had just come back from holidays and went above and beyond to rectify the situation and really pushed for the account and paperwork to be sorted right away. After just half an hour with Rowan, basically everything was sorted. I highly recommend dealing with him as I know I will strictly only deal with him from now on. I personally think he should be the bank manager!
