Ryan Scott: I went into Phat wheels after going to a few other tyre shops. Chris had no hidden agenda on what wheels to sell me or push the easiest thing for him to sell me. He rang suppliers while I was with him and asked questions on my behalf. We locked in some rims and tyres for my Y62 and got them on order.Once the wheels came in Chris worked me in around his existing booked work which was great. Took great care on fitting the new rims and tyres. After we went for the test drive he also fixed another issue with the exhaust which was causing a noise for free. Highly recommend this place. Their attended to her problem quickly.A short time later, she was told that it was a faulty valve and not a puncture.Because of the staff member's honesty, she wasn't charged as it was product fault. Jojo Wu: served us vey friendly and effectively arrange someone to check the problem for us, even though they were pretty busy and it’s nearly meet their closing time. Because it need to be held overnight for the issue, while all our stuff are still in Brisbane hotel, so we called our friends in Brisbane to pick up us at the end. After I told him, he was really understandable about our situation and didn’t charge us at all. Really appreciate it, not only about the money but also for the kindness, especially when you were in an unfamiliar place.Thanks so much again!🤝
Walter James: Great service. Removed a screw from one of my tyres without any charge as it had not penetrated the tyre to let it deflate. Thanks fellas. I did expect to pay something and was pleasantly surprised when the serviceman insisted it was no charge. We'll be back.
