Friendly and helpful at all times. We simply would not recommend that you go anywhere else on the Sunshine Coast. Brian, Jason and Alex are brilliant.
Sam Lyons: Was difficult to get my father around the idea of using a scooter & give up driving, but Brian & his team were really helpful when showing him the options he had, even suggesting we hire a scooter for a weeks trial. Well we did that & it was easy to see that he could still get around the neighbourhood, so bought one from Scooters, & they were great with delivery & tuition on how to use it. Highly recommend Brian & his team.
Scott Griffin: It takes alot for me to say good things about companies these days. But I must comment on the great back up service we received from Alex at Scooters and Mobility Kawana.We had an small issue that stop our power chair working and called and left a message first thing in the morning. Alex called us back, told me he had a full day but he get to us. We live a good 40 minutes away and I thought to myself we won't be seeing them today. But to my surprise Alex showed up in afternoon and had the chair running in no time.So if service is important to you, I can recommend Scooters and Mobility Kawana.Cheers Will and Scott.

Cathy Chiosso: I am over from the UK and was holidaying in Noosa with my Sister, she hired a wheelchair to help me get around more easily. We found a Days 3 wheel rollator with fat wheels in the shop that I have been unable to buy in the UK which I brought. When I got back to my Sisters in Melbourne I phoned the shop and spoke to Val and ordered 3 more extra wheels that she ordered and sent to me so I can take back to the UK.Massive thank you to Val for her help and support great customer service😀

It did not disappoint!Hayden from Complete Comfort had shown me all the adjustable beds in the showroom beforehand and I had tried a few, picked out my perfect mattress and I placed my order. I was so excited! I didn’t have too long to wait until two lovely men came to my home and installed the bed of my dreams.I highly recommend Complete Comfort as they have been on the Coast for a long time and my bed has a five year warranty, the showroom is local and you’re dealing with real people, not the internet.

Steve Jerome: Great service from the amazing team at Leef!!! I have never dealt with them before as a DVA Veteran and they were so amazing. They helped set up the equipment and made sure I knew how to operate it. They also rang the day after to see if I was having any problems or issues. Such good service and so caring. Leef have also kept me updated as to the status of some of the harder to acquire items letting me know weekly as to the progress.Old school service and customer care from people who really care about me and my needs. Terry Kennedy: Attended Maroochydore Store to purchase an Air Mini and battery for upcoming overseas travel. Served by Ainslie H who was very professional and friendly. Fully explained the machine and battery and then assisted to download the app to my phone and entered all the required information for me. Got the machine and battery and explained how to connect each and actually showed me how to connect them and the mask. It was an pleasure to be served by Ainslie and would totally re commend the service.
Rhyl Knight: comment some of the staff are very rude and the staff member who sold us a new product had to keep asking other staff members as he had no idea about anything. New CPAP hopeless even the hospital are trying to get information from them.can not even get a read from the card.Just had a call from Bryce regarding our problems he has gone all out to rectify the problems with the CPAP machine. Best service we have had in many years and also apologised for the problems we have had previously. Don’t ever hesitate to contact directly I wish we had don’t it earlier. Thank you for all your help.
Debbie Shaw: I asked for what I needed and had previously puchased. Over three times the sales assistant asked me and I even held out my phone and she read it out P30i small starter kit. She handed me a starter kit, an eftpos receipt only, said goodbye and started talking to another sales assistant. I drove the half hour home and then found she had given me the wrong starter kit. Two calls diverted to an answering service that says I will be called back ASAP and no call back.
Robert Jarvis: Trying to contact Maroochydore - Poor phone service. Rang only to be told, must leave a message and they will ring back. Never rang back. I rang back again and was told the same message. I advised the person on the phone I have been waiting 2 days for a reply, I can only take a messageApparently, another organisation takes the messages and passes them on. Once CPAP found out about the issue they responded quickly to resolve
